Okay for a short stop, wouldn't recommend for more than one night.

Good! The value for money was right
the location was great. The breakfast buffet was very varied
Communication with the hosts was almost impossible due to their lack of English. however, they were very nice. In our opinion it was not an "open air hotel" as described on booking.com.

river view, walking distance to the center of the permet.
the owners don't speak English well, the bed is uncomfortable, the wooden room is not sound proof and being outside is annoying. the stairs leading to the rooms are external and therefore not covered
