Everything is ok, but maybe due to regional differences, I haven't checked in to the hotel yet, but the staff entered the room and checked the whole session before going out for myself. Very enthusiastic but a little shy.
I told the place in advance that I thought I would stay after 2 hours on the last day and then checked out, made up for more money, the place thought it was ok, but at 2 o'clock, I said I had to check out for fear of not being able to clean the room for the next guest. In general, I was lucky that I went to the street to rent another apartment for a while, otherwise I would be sad

The front of the hotel is a bit narrow, but when entering the lobby, it is very spacious. The security guard enthusiastically moved the luggage from the taxi to the room. The friendly staff guided us to the sights and quality food. Room was clean. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a room with a balcony.

very bad staff attitude: - The room set up lacks towels, but the check-out room reported that the guest lost it and the room staff had an unpleasant attitude, our side allowed to check the luggage, but the hotel did not dare to check. - My 9-month-old baby had a little dirt on the blanket when changing diapers, the hotel charged 300,000 cleaning fees, I don't agree to say that when I wash myself, I bring the blanket to the ground and tell me to wash it myself and then dry it all. pay, I took it to the laundry for 60,000vnd and then brought it to the hotel to check, there was a night shift receptionist who told me not to wait for the inspection room, asked again when I could check the blanket again, let me know when to check I just checked out of the room and the attitude was a bit uncomfortable, when I checked out there was a feed back with the manager, you said when the laundry didn't come out, I would charge 300,000vnd while at first I asked for a direct charge and called it a cleaning fee. , if at that time I accept the charge of 300,000vnd, will that money go to the room or the reception or the hotel?

The staff is very enthusiastic, the hotel has a delicious and rich breakfast buffet. Room clean and tidy. The experience here was very good and will come back to support next time!
The bad point is that there is a damaged internal radio room so it can't be used to communicate. A minus point unrelated to the hotel, is Hue tourism in the summer (June) hot weather.

Average stay in a beautiful location
The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room is very spacious and the location is within walking distance of all the beautiful places the city has to offer.
There is only one elevator, sometimes you have to wait a long time. Hot water is very limited, especially if you have a room with several people. The room is very noisy, we heard all the sounds from the hallway all night from other guests returning or leaving early, very annoying.

Everything is worth 100 points. From the receptionists to the staff here, they are all very friendly. Although it's time for translation, so breakfast is simple, but Hue beef noodle soup here is very delicious hihihi. If there is a chance will definitely come back

Friendly and enthusiastic staff. Room clean and comfortable. Near the hotel there is a supermarket and many delicious and convenient restaurants. Breakfast is separate, but it's also delicious.

Clean, spacious room comfortable for families with babies, dedicated service staff clean the room every day very clean. Service 10 points.
I think there should be a service fee to spend that money to reward the cleaning staff and bellman!!!

Worth the money for 3 stars
Enthusiastic and friendly staff like you at the front desk, Mr. Hung protects and helps with much needed information. Large room with many beds, room for 4 people but 5 people can sleep.
The room has too few charging sockets, I have to unplug the TV to charge some necessary devices

Enjoyable stay in Hue.
The front desk staff is very helpful. Thu gave very specific and helpful advice. Breakfast is varied, the chef cooks delicious dishes. The dining room is clean. Kitchen and service staff are very enthusiastic and friendly.

I have a business trip to stay in voqsi, the place is very good, ensuring health.
+ Breakfast meal ensures nutritional value in terms of aesthetics and quality. But it is necessary to study and change the dishes of each day, to avoid repetitive boredom. Because in my 3 days stay I changed only one menu. Thank you! + I really like the lemonade that the hotel offers, very delicious and has a cooling effect!

Great service, kind and helpful, very clean rooms, good breakfast, good location, 15 minutes walk to the center, 30 minutes to the citadel, a lot of eateries and drinks in the area, I recommend

Do not specify the time of car rental with customers. The hotel side charged 150k/day. I rented from 7pm the night before to 4pm the next day. When I returned the car, the front desk informed that the rental time was only until 2 pm, and we were charged an extra half day of renting the car. I am not satisfied with this. If the hotel informed me in advance, I would feel more comfortable

The room is quite clean, airy, safe, enthusiastic and always smiling staff. What I like most is the room with balcony, the location helps me relax quite well.
All is good, but the elevator makes a lot of noise, the feeling when riding the elevator is very unsafe. The elevator needs maintenance to minimize noise when using it, and ensure the safety of guests staying.
