I had fun going out but not happy with the place
central location
the staff or the owner talk like the tenants are their children, the guests who ask are very annoying to reply back to the guests, this is not the first time with such a bad attitude, my friend has been here many times and Everyone has a bad experience with the staff attitude, but still choose to stay here because of the central location, but this will be the last time me and my friend rent here

Nice location at the intersection right on Phuc Long Bui Vien, quiet, chill, large space suitable for families. Nice room with privacy partition.
Lack of space to hang clothes and hangers. 2 toilets, only 1 used for water heater. The entrance is the old dormitory area, the small stairs on the side of Phuc Long. Lock the door with a bicycle lock, not an electronic key. (Need to prepare mentally when coming because it's quite shocking).

Excellent, very satisfied
The owner is extremely cute and friendly, helping me as much as possible. The room was very clean and fragrant. This is one of my favorite homestays. Located right in the center of District 1. Bui Vien Street, but not noisy. I highly recommend
There are no personal toiletries such as brushes, .. (with towels). Everyone should bring their own.

No TV, wifi can't connect, but contacting support is unprofessional and careless
The room is well decorated, the location is convenient
Your attitude on the phone is very bad. Can't access wifi, can't use TV, infrared stove does not have a suitable pot to use. The apartment is on the 2nd floor but the balcony door does not have a lock, not safe.

Beautiful and fully furnished apartment in District 1

Very interesting, play all night without worry.
Room was clean and nice view. The place next to Bui Vien can go out and go to the room immediately, comfortable. The room has a full kitchen and cooking utensils, the toilet is also prepared with thoughtful shampoo. Especially suitable for going with friends because of the common space.
It will be a bit difficult to go with a family with elderly people or children because the rooms do not have clear partitions, the soundproofing effect is not very good.

Nice and large room, central location, enthusiastic staff.
The staff and the manager are all very enthusiastic and happy to draw. The room is very clean, airy, spacious, fully equipped, has a kitchen to cook, so it is very suitable for our whole association. The location is also convenient, right at the beginning of Bui Vien walking street but not too noisy. Will definitely come back next time.

Nice view, right at Bui Vien's head, above Phuc Long's head. Right in the center, very convenient for everything, clean spacious room, friendly host. The accommodation is comfortable in terms of time, support for early check-in. 8/10 points

Value for money, perfect location and helpful hosts.
Worth the best accommodation, we've experienced so far. Complements the facilitating host who was very kind and very helpful. + Sterile sanitary with western shower head layout. Little things that make a huge difference. + Huge rooms complete with modern and durable decor. + Bigger, more comfortable and comfortable bed. They will definitely help with all your needs or wishes. + Location, location, location. Prime sound in the middle of Ben Thanh district in District 1. Close enough to get rid of loud music and drunken tourists so you can crawl through the house. The street itself is very cozy with many locals and students dining on the sidewalk. It added safety to our feeling. ATM in front. + Price. Maximum bang for the least buck. hands down. Please make a reservation if it has not been completed yet. I was amazed at the value for money. If not, you could end up with huge anonymous franchise accommodations.

Right at the beginning of Bui Vien Street, very convenient
Friendly and enthusiastic staff, clean, cozy rooms, full facilities. Convenient location near market, center. Open space. Overall very satisfied 👍👍👍
The house is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator, so consider or ask the host for assistance if you carry a lot of luggage

Affordable Accommodation
1. Location - It is located on a tourist street in District 1, so it is close to all kinds of travel agencies and restaurants, including New Tourist, and Ben Thanh Market is also within walking distance, and even the Skydeck and Saigon River are within walking distance. 2. It consists of two rooms, a kitchen, and a living room, so the accommodation has enough space and is good for 5 or 6 friends or family. (The living room is large enough for everyone to gather and talk.)
1. For 5 days and 4 nights, only one towel per person was given at check-in, and another towel was given every other day. Cleaning was also done once in between when towels were given. (I made a dam with a towel to stop the water flowing out of the shower room, but when I came back after going out, it was still there. It's absurd.) 2. I asked for the TV to be fixed from the first day, but it was not fixed until the end. 3. The taxi dropped me off at the exact address of the apartment, but there was no signboard to confirm the name of the apartment. 4. It's nice to be located in a busy downtown area, but the soundproofing is weak, so the sound of cars and motorcycles is very loud until dawn. 5. There was no prior notice about cleaning, towels, etc., and as the landlord, there was no guidance on using the apartment.
