That's the best

Size of the swimming pool which is a kind of large bath Camera in the ladies' locker room. (A staff member reassures that she is fixed on the corner)

Lots of dust under the bed, apparently they don't clean underneath. Very thin walls, we could hear the neighbor's TV every night. Very modest breakfast, the fruits were either too ripe or not ripe enough, the drinks were too sweet. The water is not very hot in the bathroom. The pillows in the bed are too big and hurt the neck.

The hotel does not have a small or large swimming pool, this is false advertising. We made the choice by filtering on Booking which should have this non-existent equipment removed. The Victory at 150 M is much better for the same price with all the comforts including sports swimming pool and balcony 37€

Staff in every department rude, tried to rip me off and said the course was different but I was smart enough not to be fooled, this is a fake 4 star hotel this is rubbish. please don't go there

The spa. - The hotel advertises a sauna and steam room, but these are only accessible to men. When I asked why, I was told at the spa that women don't like sauna. I was freaking out. The Spa belongs to another company with which I understand the hotel cooperates. - The pool is very small, the water was cold, and it was more of a large hot tub than a swimming pool.

The room was not spotless, especially the bathroom.

The building is a little old. If you stay more than 3 nights, you may get tired of breakfast. When I took a bath, the water was not very warm. When I went out from the hotel, I had a hard time getting a taxi. (There was also a sense of time and rainy weather)

They abuse their customers. They are thieves and they take advantage of people who are going to Ho Chi Minh for the first time. They charged us $50 for an airport pickup for 4 people with a 16 seat van. When we arrived we told them that it was an abusive price, since the usual taxi pick-up is usually about $10 for a 6km distance. They said $50 because we said yes (failure on our part not to check the distance or see other prices before), and the girl at the front desk couldn't do anything but laugh in our faces. So it was $50 for a 6km ride. Their excursions are also 5 times the price of those in any agency on the street. In addition, they tried to make us pay for a small stain on the pillow, when the duvet had visible stains. The jacuzzi was cold, the sauna was not working and the facilities quite dated. All they want is to get your money at all costs, better to avoid.

Too much Vietnamese breakfast, coffee was mediocre and ran out pretty early, especially with kids. Too bad there was no restaurant for dinner.

Hotel and room are outdated, bed is hard and the shower has a soft jet. Pool was very small, more like a large hot tub. Breakfast not much choice, could be better.

I chose this hotel because it has a pool, but it was a jacuzzi [5m x 2m] attached to the gym. I don't know the size in the photo, so maybe I'm not sure enough, but wouldn't it be misleading if I wrote it as a pool? The repertoire of the breakfast buffet menu is very small, and you may get bored during a long stay.

・During my 11-day stay, the Wifi was unavailable twice for about an hour. "The response isn't that fast either." ・On weekends, the karaoke in the next building is noisy from the evening. It gets quiet at midnight. ・Breakfast is reasonably good, but the menu is the same every day and lacks variation. ・Mango juice is delicious, but coffee is not good.

Sometimes I was worried about the noise of the next room and the sound of water. I booked a twin room but got a double room.

The fact that men and women in the sauna are separated. For men, food, places to rest, different saunas, and for women there is nowhere to even sit, a small dressing room with a very small sauna, no place to rest, no food, no water. Discrimination.
