- The photos do not correspond to reality. The apartment was worn and some of the furniture was broken - For the remote controls of the air conditioners, we only had one set of batteries that we had to put in one remote control, adjust air conditioner, take out batteries, to the next room and so on. - The safe was closed upon arrival. We immediately asked Mr. Bobby to open the safe for us so that we could store the valuables. He wrote that we should first recover from the strenuous journey (??). He didn't show up all week. The cleaning lady, who didn't understand English, collected the money. - No reception. Security guards are on guard on the ground floor, but they cannot provide any information and are also not allowed to store luggage. - When we left, we were allowed to leave our suitcases with the cleaning lady, but nobody was there at the agreed time. We need annoying 35 minutes and several phone calls to get our suitcases back. - Pervasive smell of camphor in the kitchen / living area. We therefore had to keep the doors to the bedrooms closed. - Loose faucet in bathroom, broken soap dish.

1. From the selection options, we decided on the more expensive one because it presented a higher standard. Unfortunately, we received an apartment of a lower standard. We had to in it spend the night because the staff worked from 10 to 17 2. The assistant showed us other apartments but they were still not the ones in the photos 3. The discount was not applied despite the inconvenience 4. For 2 weeks we stayed in many apartments in different cities in Vietnam, it was horribly dirty. Dirty countertops, stains, fungus on the wall, dirty sofas, fungus in the bathroom, dripping grease 5. Kitchen equipment not as described, no plates and glasses, no wine glasses and no toaster 6. Taking the gym out of use all day is overkill

Ants and cockroaches in the apartment. Dirty towels. Not enough toilet paper, had to be asked several times. Late employee at agreed appointments with a delay of one hour. It was repeatedly asked for a blanket and by the end of the stay (3 weeks) not received. For the free parking we had to write to the landlord for days and only got the money back for the parking after a long time. That too little at first and only really on request.

Overall, the apartment is not recommended: - We booked a deluxe apartment and got a very run down and dirty apartment that did not match the pictures at all when we booked it. Apart from the condition of the apartment being very old (painted/scratched walls, old bathroom, old furniture (see photo of the sofa)) it was also not clean (dust everywhere and cobwebs). When we complained about the condition of the apartment, we got another apartment right away. But this was also run down, especially the bathroom (smell). The balcony was not attractive. It was more of a dumping ground for dustbins and brooms. Unfortunately, it was still dirty and unhygienic. This was particularly noticeable by many (large) cockroaches. But also kitchen etc. were not clean. Towels were stained. - There were also many ants in the apartment. - There was a persistent chemical smell. - There wasn't enough toilet paper. We had to ask several times. - It did say there were free toiletries, but it wasn't. There was already a container with soap, but unfortunately it had been opened. That wasn't really hygienic. But there was no hand soap. - Late employee at agreed appointments with a delay of one hour. - It was asked several times for a blanket and by the end of the stay (3 weeks) we didn't get it. - For the free parking we had to write to the landlord for days and only got the money back for the parking after a long time. That was initially too little and was only correct when asked. - For access to the pool and gym we had to ask for access multiple times
