Great vacation
The hotel is fully equipped, spacious, the breakfast is quite varied I arrived early and was supported to check in early I like it best because there is a bathtub (my kids love baths, so I chose the hotel partly for this reason)
The hotel has been in operation for a long time, so the furniture has started to deteriorate (beds, sofas, elevators... are a bit old)

Very ok and comfortable
Nice big hotel, frontage, view of Ha Long bay, Room price is quite cheap compared to 4 stars (750k/night/big double bed) for 2 adults + 1 child.
The swimming pool in the hotel is a bit small, not suitable for children (minimum 1m3). Be careful not to damage the furniture in the hotel, because it is very expensive to pay.

The room is still very much, but if you want to have a sea view room, you have to pay an additional 100k/room.
It takes more money to get a nice view

I am satisfied with this vacation
I booked 2 rooms, 1 room got a free upgrade to a higher room. Because the family has young children, it is very comfortable because the room is large, clean, and has a nice view. Cheerful staff.
At first, the air conditioner was not very cool, after I told you the staff adjusted it.

If you can find a hotel, you'll love it.
The courtesy of the rest of the staff was impeccable, the room was very clean and comfortable and the dining buffet was delicious.
The staff were polite except for the concierge on duty when we arrived who just ignored us and the pool attendant who was more busy with his phone than with customers. The pool water was very cold. In addition, the given address cannot be found on Google maps.

Customer Genbius does not have a welcome drinking room at 1:00 pm, so arrive early and the group leaves early, Kate does not check out at 2:00 pm.

Free upgrade to a room overlooking the bay. The room is spacious and comfortable for the whole family.

Suitable for an overnight stay, but I will still eat outside.

Too bad, not worth the money, never going back

- Staff attitude is not good, when coming to the hotel and when leaving, the staff does not carry luggage for guests - Power outage from 5am to 3pm, no air conditioning in the lobby and in the room - Swimming pool is too small and dirty, only for children to swim - Breakfast buffet with few dishes, not many options, drinks without fresh milk - Wifi is almost unusable, it can be used outside the lobby, but if it is in the room, it cannot be used - Totally not worthy of a 4-star hotel and the room price is nearly 100 USD a night
