The location is not bad, the value for money is good, the staff is very friendly even if they speak very little English.
The bed is horribly hard it's a disaster, impossible to sleep as it is, I had to put 2 blankets on it to have a minimum of comfort. Sleeping on the floor is the same. 2 nights I was woken up by the rooster at the bottom of the building + the karaoke (not so noisy it happens). I had to leave my passport too.
The staff are very kind and polite. There are staff who can speak English.
No karaoke, swimming pool, etc. The lighting in the lobby and corridors is very dim. There is always no change. be passed on later. Passports must be left at the front desk until check-out. A little uneasy.
The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was very good. Our luggage could be stored there on the day of check-out, our flight was only in the evening. There is an elevator, very interesting for a room on the fourth floor.
The wifi signal dropped very often in our room. You had to stand further down the hall to have a stable connection. Fortunately, there were also some seats there. You had to walk a bit for a western breakfast. The beds were very hard.
Everything horrible, that's why it was cheap
Disastrous room. The person at the reception does not speak English, impossible to communicate. The room had a terrible musty smell. The hardest beds I've ever tried in my life. We arrived after 12 at night from walking around and the hotel door was chained and padlocked. After much ringing the bell, the concierge in his pajamas came to open the door for us. The photos on the pages are not real, there is no pool, the rooms are not as shown. The hotel was scary. Is a gotcha.
A place according to the price-quality ratio and the location.
It shows that it is an old hotel, the bed is very hard but the location is good.
nothing
hotel is old, the room without window, the air conditioning does not work, the wifi upstairs is too weak or non-existent
Location was great. Walking distance from dragon bridge . Price was attractive
Humidity in the room and smell of dampness were quite strong. Mattress was quite hard too. No windows in the room
Good location. very spacious room. Lovely big soft pillows.
- Bed was extremely hard. Much harder than any other stay on my Vietnam tour. Sitting on the bed hurt my buttocks. Just like a wooden chair. - when I wanted to shower at 1000am the water was cold. Not even lukewarm :( - Behind the bathroom door were still dirty old towels. - the loose pillows on the bed were very yellowed and looked dirty. Note: my room had no window, someone might find that annoying.
An incredible value for money hotel. very friendly and very polite staff. I consider the location to be adequate. The facilities were perfect. And above all, we must highlight the incredible breakfast, the best dish I've had for breakfast in Vietnam.
the bed a little hard, but far exceeded our expectations
Price / quality completely ok
Rooms were very small for 2 people with 4 suitcases. But remember: You get what you pay for!
Location was very good. very friendly staff. put our suitcases here and explored the city.
The room had almost no window (in the middle of the hallway) and therefore smelled incredibly unpleasant/musty. otherwise everything was fine. for the small price we didn't expect much
Cheap anyway. and location. The dryer was surprisingly powerful and dried well.
No free water, hard beds, some staff speak English and some don't speak at all. The heating didn't work and I felt cold, but it seems that there are few places in Vietnam where heating can be used. After that, I was worried about the smell around the water. The shower does not get warm easily, and it is too cold to enter unless it is left on for more than 10 minutes.
well located
the room is a bit small
central and cheap.
Incredibly hard bed. we both got backaches after the night. The worst thing was that there were small bugs in the room, like ants. They crawled into my backpack overnight. impossible to remove!!!!
clean and comfortable rooms, excellent service
Clean, central
the water is a bit weak
I didn't like anything at all. We were received by a gentleman who didn't speak or understand a word of English. He translated to us that he wants the money. Since the currency here is quite complicated, we gave him something wrong and he snatched my money from my hand. Arrived in the room - pure disappointment! No window, very damp smell, bed like concrete. The bathroom was not as shown in the photos and was dirty. The gentleman from the reception locked us in the hotel (midnight) and didn't allow us to get anything from the supermarket after our arrival, although a 24-hour reception was advertised. The roof terrace was full of bedding and not even accessible. At 1 a.m. there was a fight right in front of our room door, which the gentleman ignored for half an hour. After all the excitement (with a lot of police officers) then slept in a dirty and hard bed... not a good experience
The location was good. The boss was helpful and nice. We were allowed to print our visas for free!
Credit card fee 5% is cheeky! We practically couldn't sleep for 3 nights, daily party until 11pm in the bar next door. From 3:00 a.m. 2 roosters crow for hours at the volume of an airplane take-off. The water needs 8-10 minutes in the morning to warm up (enormous consumption, not sustainable), The staff (except the boss) doesn't speak a word of English! The water bottles (mandatory in Asia) are not included (already on a sign at the reception to welcome the guests). The rooms are not really clean, quite small and getting old.
location
very hard mattress, impossible to sleep on. We asked to change the room, we received information that everywhere are so hard. On top of all that, a crowing rooster for an hour at 5am. I do not recommend to anyone
Location
The pool had no water. Every morning at 4 a.m. a rooster started crowing right at the hotel. I know it's not the hotel's fault, but I couldn't sleep at all.
the price was very interesting and the staff was nice.
there was a bit of mold on the walls of the room, under the window a rooster crowing at 4 in the morning and a very hard bed. the worst thing though is that on the first night they asked us to leave our passport at the reception.... I would rather have slept on the street, we left the health card. the next day we have to return it and everything went ok, but the episode had ruined the mood of the evening...
Simply nothing. The extra wide hard bed!? Where? very hard mattress.
The reception, not clean, is nothing to do with a three star. window blocked by the bed, the fan fell on me the air conditioning not working, not your net the room.
Excellent location, very attentive staff. They let us keep our luggage at reception. Impeccable quality/price ratio.
Nothing special.
place was ok, good facilities
I didn't know such a hard bed existed, until I tried the one at the hotel
Friendly
Clean and air-conditioned room. Bathroom with hot water and toiletries. good wifi The location close to shops. Staff speak English. Value for money.
Very hard mattress
lovely staff
the rooms, the cleanliness, the reception and the availability of the staff, the location
Nice, cheap hotel. There were all the things we wanted, except for the window in the room. A fridge and kettle are always nice to have.
Unfortunately, the swimming pool is closed for another week, which is a real shame. We were looking forward to the swimming pool... And the bed and pillows are hard.
pretty good location
could not speak English, pay for water in the room. the shower ran into the bathroom. didn't book a taxi as they promised when we were going to the airport.
Good location, good rooms
Service is too bad. staff is not friendly
The location is very convenient to go to the attractions
Room information on booking when booking is different from reality. On the booking, there are 2 types of room with 1 large bed or 2 single beds with the same price, but in reality, that price is only for 1 big bed room, and 2 bed rooms are different prices. I don't know if the information is wrong due to the fault of the booking or the customer, but it makes me feel a bit distrustful with the booking
Good wifi connection Spacious and comfortable room Well located hotel Presence of kettle in the room Possibility to easily rent a scooter (even for half a day)
The reception keeps passports until check-out. The reception staff do not speak English but we still manage to communicate!
The staff is so cute, enthusiastic, the room is clean, the room price is very reasonable Cheers to the hotel 😁
The location was the only plus
The room is dirty, moldy, old. We were sleeping on the 405 and there was a continuous loud hum from a large car, maybe parked on this one? This went on for 24 hours. We thought it was good reviews, but if you look closely, you will see that many 10 are given without any explanation. Perhaps they just bought it or made it at someone's request. It says that there is a spa and a pool, only the carcass remained. It was dirty, there was no water in the pool, and the saunas had not been used for a long time. When I checked in, she wanted to keep my passport, which is also especially important, because only you can have this document. No one was there when we checked out, so we wrote a note. Just as we were about to leave the building, she called us. They did the check anyway. We still had to pay for 2 bottles of water and 2 noodles; we only had 1 in the room and we returned another one. We still lost 50,000 on noodles and water. For a short stay when you were short on the room, this was doable. I definitely wouldn't want to sit here another day.
This accommodation is clean and cheap if you just want to sleep. The beds are comfortable, the fridge worked, the lights in the room are different, including green ones! The room had 2 chairs and a table.
I was not happy in this hotel, the photos are extremely photoshopped! There are no windows here, only 3 glass blocks with natural light. Sockets in the dumbest place far from the chair and table, that you had to move furniture to work on the laptop while sitting, or there were sockets in the bed. No pool, no wellness, nothing at all! I felt like I was in an industrial area. There are almost no restaurants nearby. Reviews 9.5 is a fairy tale. Next time another bigger hotel in the center! The worst thing was that the air conditioner was set to 16 degrees and it was impossible to change it, after 2 days it was very cold.
it was super central and easy to get to the beach. We could also have a scooter there, but it was very expensive!
the bed was absolutely hard, the pool was unfortunately closed so we actually booked the hotel.
In the city center near the dragon bridge, convenient to travel. Ample parking space
The check-in stage is still ambiguous. The owner is friendly but still not really good at checking rooms from booking apps. And the room does not have free mineral water
This property has stayed many times before
This period has a little problem at check-in (because there is no receptionist at night)
Good killing. It has an elevator. WiFi. Air conditioning. Large and clean room. Clean towels and bed linen. good quality price
The mattress was a little hard.
crap hotel. not receive customers but also send information to customers. Missed a lot of my work. Suggest boycotting this hotel
crap hotel. not receive customers but also send information to customers. Missed a lot of my work. Suggest boycotting this hotel
close the door do not notify customers turn off the phone
Right in the center
K has hot water, the mattress is not clean with yellow stains.
Service staff is really friendly
Are not
Affordable/clean/meet the needs of booking guests
The toilet light is dark and the wall has moldy places that need to be treated, it's ok
Friendly staff, comfortable accommodation
OK Good. I am satisfied but it would be even better if the room had soundproofing.
Equipping soundproof rooms will be more convenient for customers
Breakfast was not satisfactory. I don't know if it's because of the holidays or if it's just like that. Nevertheless, I am grateful that you did your best from the morning to save breakfast. It's close to the city, so if you check the location of the accommodation, you can go to the nearby places on foot. It also has the advantage of being quiet. The staff was very kind. thanked.
It doesn't seem to have its own restaurant, but I think you'll be disappointed if you ask for breakfast. The hotel is a bit old, so if you want a clean hotel, I don't think you should choose it. Considering the price, it's fine.
Nothing
More than mediocre quality by the Vietnamese criteria we encountered. The low price does not justify the dirty sheets or the deplorable state of the premises. The air conditioner seeps through the head through the broken ceiling at night! No window despite photos suggesting one. The staff is doing their best but not enough to remedy the lack of service.
We were passing through for one night and I would strongly advise against doing so. Mold stains on the ceiling in the bathroom and bedroom, the bed without a sheet, but only with a mattress cover and, moreover, torn. There was a plastic soda cap on the ground and hair on the pillow, so even cleaning was very rough. This is a budget hotel, but the standard is definitely unacceptable for an accommodation facility.
Access to Da Nang city was good.
the bed is too hard
Central hotel, full facilities, cheap price.
Do not have
Lovely staff
The room contains a lot of things, so it makes the occupants feel cramped. If you remove the shelf for slippers, the room will be more airy.
Near the city center
The room is too tight, a bit mysterious, there is no window, making the room lack of oxygen
Perfect location, next to the river, you can walk around, there are many restaurants, cafes, etc., nice staff, big and comfortable bed, we stayed for 2 nights, we changed bed linen and towels, and they replaced our water bottles, i recommend it
The only thing is that the toilet is missing a plug and a little more lighting in the toilet
The room is large enough for a family of 6
The lights are not bright enough. Especially, the service attitude of the male night shift staff is very annoying, uncultured, insulting customers and insulting customers.
Nothing, terrible bathrooms in the lobby.
Nothing to see around, very very very dirty, smelled terrible, the stay was very unpleasant, not recommended at all.
Air conditioning and fan, plenty of space in the room
The bathroom was not clean, hot water appeared after 15-20 minutes of use, the bed was hard like the floor, we took a double room, only one bed had a duvet! Refrigerator not connected
well
First of all, the room is too shabby, the water pressure in the bathroom is too weak, the sound insulation is poor, and it's uneasy.
The location is perfect.
Nice staff
Dirty rooms, lots of black hair in the sheets, cockroaches in the bathroom and spiders, huge doubts if the sheets were clean. Outside the window renovation, which woke up from the morning.
Nice and fairly new room. Great location, walking distance to restaurants and the river.
Localization
Cleanliness and service could be improved.
Good location, convenient to move.
The hotel here has very bad hygiene (including in the room, lobby, reception area...)
The hotel is spacious, beautiful and comfortable, I like it best to swipe the card to enter the room because it is not necessary to open the room with the key.
ATTENTION OF THE STAFF, ESPECIALLY THE BOY.
WE PAYED FOR THE BREAKFAST BUFFET AND THERE WAS NOT ANYTHING. GOT YOU TO CHOOSE A DISH FROM THE MENU, (VIETNAMESE DISH).
The hotel we stayed at before going to the airport. The location is good. Right in the middle of Han Market and Kkon Market. It seems to take about 10 minutes. I checked out at 12:00 at night, but the info seemed to be 24 hours. The bed is huge. If you enter the room for two people, two unnecessarily large queen-size beds will fit you haha cheap. 7500 won per person. It is cheaper than Korean jjimjilbang. I went to see the price in the first place, so it's not bad for the price.
It was a cheap hotel, so there were many things that were disappointing. Air conditioner wasn't very cool The bathroom was too hot and needlessly there was a window in the bathroom that wasn't even in the room. There was no shower in the bathroom, only a hose. My friend said he thought he saw a snake.. ha There was a sunflower shower above, but the water pressure was weak. I was washing my hands, and ants kept coming out from the back of the sink. The smell of the bathroom and body shampoo was very strange.. It seems that it is not disposable, but it seems to be refilled continuously in the container, but it must be very difficult to put something with such a strange smell. I said it was okay as a hotel to stay before going to the airport, but it's not good in summer. Cheap is cheap, but cheap is expensive. Just go for 15,000 won per person.
Comfortable
