Avoid this hotel!
Nothing
More than mediocre quality by the Vietnamese criteria we encountered. The low price does not justify the dirty sheets or the deplorable state of the premises. The air conditioner seeps through the head through the broken ceiling at night! No window despite photos suggesting one. The staff is doing their best but not enough to remedy the lack of service.

Should be avoided
We were passing through for one night and I would strongly advise against doing so. Mold stains on the ceiling in the bathroom and bedroom, the bed without a sheet, but only with a mattress cover and, moreover, torn. There was a plastic soda cap on the ground and hair on the pillow, so even cleaning was very rough. This is a budget hotel, but the standard is definitely unacceptable for an accommodation facility.

Great location, quality, price
Perfect location, next to the river, you can walk around, there are many restaurants, cafes, etc., nice staff, big and comfortable bed, we stayed for 2 nights, we changed bed linen and towels, and they replaced our water bottles, i recommend it
The only thing is that the toilet is missing a plug and a little more lighting in the toilet

I wouldn't go back in life
Nothing, terrible bathrooms in the lobby.
Nothing to see around, very very very dirty, smelled terrible, the stay was very unpleasant, not recommended at all.

Bof I've seen much better on my trip
Air conditioning and fan, plenty of space in the room
The bathroom was not clean, hot water appeared after 15-20 minutes of use, the bed was hard like the floor, we took a double room, only one bed had a duvet! Refrigerator not connected

PRETTY GOOD FOR WHAT YOU PAY
ATTENTION OF THE STAFF, ESPECIALLY THE BOY.
WE PAYED FOR THE BREAKFAST BUFFET AND THERE WAS NOT ANYTHING. GOT YOU TO CHOOSE A DISH FROM THE MENU, (VIETNAMESE DISH).
