The bed is horribly hard it's a disaster, impossible to sleep as it is, I had to put 2 blankets on it to have a minimum of comfort. Sleeping on the floor is the same. 2 nights I was woken up by the rooster at the bottom of the building + the karaoke (not so noisy it happens). I had to leave my passport too.

No karaoke, swimming pool, etc. The lighting in the lobby and corridors is very dim. There is always no change. be passed on later. Passports must be left at the front desk until check-out. A little uneasy.

The wifi signal dropped very often in our room. You had to stand further down the hall to have a stable connection. Fortunately, there were also some seats there. You had to walk a bit for a western breakfast. The beds were very hard.

Disastrous room. The person at the reception does not speak English, impossible to communicate. The room had a terrible musty smell. The hardest beds I've ever tried in my life. We arrived after 12 at night from walking around and the hotel door was chained and padlocked. After much ringing the bell, the concierge in his pajamas came to open the door for us. The photos on the pages are not real, there is no pool, the rooms are not as shown. The hotel was scary. Is a gotcha.

It shows that it is an old hotel, the bed is very hard but the location is good.

Humidity in the room and smell of dampness were quite strong. Mattress was quite hard too. No windows in the room

- Bed was extremely hard. Much harder than any other stay on my Vietnam tour. Sitting on the bed hurt my buttocks. Just like a wooden chair. - when I wanted to shower at 1000am the water was cold. Not even lukewarm :( - Behind the bathroom door were still dirty old towels. - the loose pillows on the bed were very yellowed and looked dirty. Note: my room had no window, someone might find that annoying.

No free water, hard beds, some staff speak English and some don't speak at all. The heating didn't work and I felt cold, but it seems that there are few places in Vietnam where heating can be used. After that, I was worried about the smell around the water. The shower does not get warm easily, and it is too cold to enter unless it is left on for more than 10 minutes.

Incredibly hard bed. we both got backaches after the night. The worst thing was that there were small bugs in the room, like ants. They crawled into my backpack overnight. impossible to remove!!!!

I didn't like anything at all. We were received by a gentleman who didn't speak or understand a word of English. He translated to us that he wants the money. Since the currency here is quite complicated, we gave him something wrong and he snatched my money from my hand. Arrived in the room - pure disappointment! No window, very damp smell, bed like concrete. The bathroom was not as shown in the photos and was dirty. The gentleman from the reception locked us in the hotel (midnight) and didn't allow us to get anything from the supermarket after our arrival, although a 24-hour reception was advertised. The roof terrace was full of bedding and not even accessible. At 1 a.m. there was a fight right in front of our room door, which the gentleman ignored for half an hour. After all the excitement (with a lot of police officers) then slept in a dirty and hard bed... not a good experience

Credit card fee 5% is cheeky! We practically couldn't sleep for 3 nights, daily party until 11pm in the bar next door. From 3:00 a.m. 2 roosters crow for hours at the volume of an airplane take-off. The water needs 8-10 minutes in the morning to warm up (enormous consumption, not sustainable), The staff (except the boss) doesn't speak a word of English! The water bottles (mandatory in Asia) are not included (already on a sign at the reception to welcome the guests). The rooms are not really clean, quite small and getting old.

The pool had no water. Every morning at 4 a.m. a rooster started crowing right at the hotel. I know it's not the hotel's fault, but I couldn't sleep at all.

there was a bit of mold on the walls of the room, under the window a rooster crowing at 4 in the morning and a very hard bed. the worst thing though is that on the first night they asked us to leave our passport at the reception.... I would rather have slept on the street, we left the health card. the next day we have to return it and everything went ok, but the episode had ruined the mood of the evening...

The reception, not clean, is nothing to do with a three star. window blocked by the bed, the fan fell on me the air conditioning not working, not your net the room.

Unfortunately, the swimming pool is closed for another week, which is a real shame. We were looking forward to the swimming pool... And the bed and pillows are hard.

Room information on booking when booking is different from reality. On the booking, there are 2 types of room with 1 large bed or 2 single beds with the same price, but in reality, that price is only for 1 big bed room, and 2 bed rooms are different prices. I don't know if the information is wrong due to the fault of the booking or the customer, but it makes me feel a bit distrustful with the booking

The room is dirty, moldy, old. We were sleeping on the 405 and there was a continuous loud hum from a large car, maybe parked on this one? This went on for 24 hours. We thought it was good reviews, but if you look closely, you will see that many 10 are given without any explanation. Perhaps they just bought it or made it at someone's request. It says that there is a spa and a pool, only the carcass remained. It was dirty, there was no water in the pool, and the saunas had not been used for a long time. When I checked in, she wanted to keep my passport, which is also especially important, because only you can have this document. No one was there when we checked out, so we wrote a note. Just as we were about to leave the building, she called us. They did the check anyway. We still had to pay for 2 bottles of water and 2 noodles; we only had 1 in the room and we returned another one. We still lost 50,000 on noodles and water. For a short stay when you were short on the room, this was doable. I definitely wouldn't want to sit here another day.

I was not happy in this hotel, the photos are extremely photoshopped! There are no windows here, only 3 glass blocks with natural light. Sockets in the dumbest place far from the chair and table, that you had to move furniture to work on the laptop while sitting, or there were sockets in the bed. No pool, no wellness, nothing at all! I felt like I was in an industrial area. There are almost no restaurants nearby. Reviews 9.5 is a fairy tale. Next time another bigger hotel in the center! The worst thing was that the air conditioner was set to 16 degrees and it was impossible to change it, after 2 days it was very cold.

It doesn't seem to have its own restaurant, but I think you'll be disappointed if you ask for breakfast. The hotel is a bit old, so if you want a clean hotel, I don't think you should choose it. Considering the price, it's fine.

More than mediocre quality by the Vietnamese criteria we encountered. The low price does not justify the dirty sheets or the deplorable state of the premises. The air conditioner seeps through the head through the broken ceiling at night! No window despite photos suggesting one. The staff is doing their best but not enough to remedy the lack of service.

We were passing through for one night and I would strongly advise against doing so. Mold stains on the ceiling in the bathroom and bedroom, the bed without a sheet, but only with a mattress cover and, moreover, torn. There was a plastic soda cap on the ground and hair on the pillow, so even cleaning was very rough. This is a budget hotel, but the standard is definitely unacceptable for an accommodation facility.

It was a cheap hotel, so there were many things that were disappointing. Air conditioner wasn't very cool The bathroom was too hot and needlessly there was a window in the bathroom that wasn't even in the room. There was no shower in the bathroom, only a hose. My friend said he thought he saw a snake.. ha There was a sunflower shower above, but the water pressure was weak. I was washing my hands, and ants kept coming out from the back of the sink. The smell of the bathroom and body shampoo was very strange.. It seems that it is not disposable, but it seems to be refilled continuously in the container, but it must be very difficult to put something with such a strange smell. I said it was okay as a hotel to stay before going to the airport, but it's not good in summer. Cheap is cheap, but cheap is expensive. Just go for 15,000 won per person.
