The service is a tragedy! First they wanted to keep the passport. There was no information anywhere that the water in the room was paid, so at the end there were difficult conversations (probably) with the owner. Despite the kitchen and canteen in the facility, the hotel does not offer breakfast

Really light breakfast, drink of your choice but the day before we agreed on orange juice and then we had 3 slices of bread with no butter jam. Shame The staff is not very sociable Finally the accommodation was clean and for the price nothing to complain about for one night. And for the gym don't expect the gym

I booked a room, but when I arrived, it was not the same as the room I booked. Check-in is different with a lower price, but the room is too uncomfortable and sketchy. The room assigned to me, although the price is lower than the booked price, but at the same price, the quality is too bad compared to many other hotels. There is no wardrobe, no mirror in the room, the toilet faucet is noisy. There is a beautiful green space in front, but it is located in a common corridor, so it does not feel private.

Everyone, when you book a room here, when you check in, check if the equipment is full? eg dryer slippers ... if missing, please report immediately. I booked a room here for 1 night, when I checked in, the room had a musty smell, there were no slippers in the room (I think it's because the room doesn't have its own slippers, so I didn't ask). When checking out, the check room room, we had soft drinks in the refrigerator and reported the loss of slippers in the room. I told the front desk that since I checked in yesterday, it hasn't been available and my friend and I don't even know what shape the slippers are. Room sure room vs reception is yesterday housekeeping confirmed still have slippers . So when I checked in, where did those 2 pairs of slippers go?. The receptionist asked permission to check our things and we still agreed. My friend was very upset when his clothes were checked just because 2 pairs of sandals were not worth it. Ask the hotel management to reconsider .

The only suggestion is that the breakfast dishes of the guests have many choices but are not delicious and do not have many special dishes, hope the hotel will pay more attention. If I visit Da Nang tomorrow, I still choose this place.

The room has no window, but uses the main glass door to get light. And the main door, there are always people passing by, must have a curtain. So always have to turn on the lights, there is not much light
