Good value for money _ ideal location. Room with a view of the dragon bridge, we are there quickly on foot! If you want to go to beach, take a grab. _ The staff is very professional, welcoming and friendly. this is the strong point of the hotel _ spacious room, well equipped, clean overall.

They replenished a small bottle of mineral water per person every day, and when we went to Ba Na Hills, they took care of us so much that it was hot, so we never bought water haha Best of all, all the staff are really friendly! It rained for about 2 days during the schedule, so I went to the swimming pool, but there was no one there, so I played comfortably, and the pizza I ordered was delicious! Huge rooms. Great value for the price. Good breakfast and the hotel staff is excellent. Perfect location. They rent motorcycles and have parking. All a success.

Very convenient location both for getting out of the city and for exploring the coast. Taxi services to major attractions excellent. Rent of bicycles and motorbikes on site is very useful as well as the currency exchange service. Staff excellent and more than helpful. Highly recommended!

The breakfast is super nice. A chef stands in the buffet area and makes eggs as you wish. Very friendly and service minded staff. Helpful and smiling. Located 5-7 minutes walk from Dragon Bridge. The staff at the reception were simply outstanding, also here service-minded and helpful. Was helpful with whatever we wanted and fixed things with a smile on his face. All the staff were super nice but must mention Cindy and Ivy with whom we had some contact. They did everything they could to make sure we had a good stay. Pool area also fine, towel available. We had some challenges with cleaning the room. We brought this to our attention and it was fixed to our satisfaction. Can definitely recommend this hotel.

The rooms were very good, very comfortable and very clean. Upon arrival, the girl at the reception helped us a lot and was very nice. The guy who was there the next morning, although he was very polite, did not understand things very well.

Exceptional service, the employees were all without exception. incredibly kind. lunch service in my room, because the hotel was not very busy, transport to the airport offered free of charge, even the outside guard offered me a chair when I was waiting for a taxi!

Breakfast was by far the best I've stayed in Vietnam this time, and it was delicious with a lot of varieties. In particular, the staff at breakfast talked to customers well and felt good, and when I said I was injured, they brought me medicine. The night view from the roof was beautiful at night.
