My stay in Chacao
What I liked the most was the location. Also very comfortable beds. Overall good care.
That I wasn't billed for everything I consumed in food and drink at the hotel.

This is a very well designed new hotel that combines location, design, knowledgeable staff and value for money.
Excellent location of staff to deal with small contingencies adds value to the excellent location and new structure.
I was very surprised to find a broken front door and problems with serving breakfast.

Comfortable and safe stay. Excellent attention Terrace is a good place but they need better lighting at night.
What we had to request was what was supposed to be in the room, coffee maker, cloths.

Currency exchange disaster, they don't refund money
good location, cleanliness and great view of Caracas
everything but the staff. not friendly at all, they lack staff coordination and that they give change in dollars as they take money in dollars. They want to accept euros just like dollars when you pay, that's a problem because they don't look for a solution to give you change. This is a hotel and not an empanadas sale.

Beautiful and very well taken care of
Attention, view of Ávila, cleanliness, good facilities, but they should replace the Looby windows facing the streets, they are dented and broken and look bad when entering.
Towels need to be changed, clean but some are broken, low quality toilet paper and in short supply.

Central hotel in Chacao, ideal for getting anywhere from there.

There is very little lighting in the room at night, there were issues with the remote control (they didn't know which one was for the TV), and the TVs don't have an associated Netflix account.

A pleasant reunion that will be remembered
First of all, the kindness of all the staff that visited us, most of them are very helpful, thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable. The cleanliness of the rooms, space, tranquility, close to sambil and altamira. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that such an immaculate, easily accessible hotel is affordable and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. The view towards Ávila or towards the east is a plus that gives it its charm.
Check in time at 3pm doesn't help because flights to Venezuela arrive very early and check out at 11am? This is a mistake that should be corrected because as a traveler I prefer a hotel where I don't have to wander around waiting for my room to enter. The menu has unattractive prices.

We liked everything - the room was spacious and with a nice panoramic view.
The towels already need to be changed AND the service at the restaurant needs to be improved.

Good message. Clean rooms, comfortable mattresses, linens in good condition, spacious desk and comfortable chairs.
Not including breakfast, they must supply an electric coffee maker and at least two pots, or offer plain black coffee. They have a sort of coffee and sweets kiosk that is not working which detracts from the appearance of the lobby because it is abandoned and in front of the main front.
