They didn’t call me to wake me up, I think the phone didn’t work, unfortunately I didn’t call the reception the day before to check if the phone was working, the alarm clock in the room had no exact time, I never knew how to combine, there was no one to take my suitcases, a coffee maker did not work, but these details are already from the service of the hotel, I think they lacked staff but this is bad in all of Virginia.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Breakfast was not always satisfactory but probably due to Corona but you could of course provide enough bread, fruit was only available on certain days.
