Family welcome at this very clean motel.
Very friendly family welcome, cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Relative calm, despite the proximity of the road.
The bed bases are a bit old and creak a lot.

With difficulty for one night
This was not a special stay. The accommodation cannot be recommended further. The infrastructure is positive, for example a good grocery store just opposite and several restaurants within walking distance (!).
Lack of cleanliness is really rare.

this is a motel so easy access and parking

Good starting point for trips to Cape Cod
Supermarket directly opposite. Delicious pizza nearby. Good breakfast buffet. A great starting point for trips to Cape Cod, Boston or Plymouth Plantation.
Only plastic crockery and cutlery for breakfast.

Very good place to stay
Breakfast, the best we found in our 10 days of travel in the US. The staff is good. The best thing is the pool and the fact that it's close to the beach.
The windows face the road, so it's a bit noisy. Compared to other hotels where we have stayed, this one is smaller, for 4 people it is a bit fair.

Washing and drying facilities.
Old rooms. Minimal breakfast. Shower only (no bath).
