Relatively central location, check-in and out went very quickly.
Mineral water only free on the day of arrival, is poor for the room price. Despite repeated reminders, mineral water was not refilled. Price for a martini in the bar exorbitantly expensive, about 20 euros. After 2 wrong deliveries of my drink in the hotel bar, I finally got my drink as ordered.
it is not easy to get to the rooms
Yes
repairs and some noise
Connection
the remodeling that we were not notified. That does not have room service 24/7
THE TREATMENT OF THE STAFF WAS EXQUISITE.
EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT
clean
comfort and location
to begin with, they charged me many things that did not correspond and I am still claiming return. They gave me the excuse that it had been the system's fault. I also disappeared a pair of pajama pants of great sentimental value that apparently got tangled in the sheets when cleaning the room
All
all good m
Great location and very friendly staff.
The rooms are very comfortable and in excellent condition. The hotel's location is excellent!
At this time the Hotel is undergoing renovations, so there is no access to the Restaurant, Bar or Lobby... this greatly detracts from the experience that they are supposed to offer you. The worst thing is that they do not notify you when you are making the reservation. Disappointing!
Pure luxury! Extremely friendly staff, whether at valet parking, at reception or at the pool bar. The rooms are very inviting, have quiet air conditioning and a large bathroom. All rooms are very clean and the service is simply good. The pool was very empty as the hotel seems to be used more by business people. This hotel will always be my go-to place for Miami from now on!
The breakfast that can be booked is limited to 3 different dishes, so I recommend ordering a la carte or eating out.
Room size and cleanliness
I booked a room with a view of the bay and ended up watching a play because the air conditioning was broken and they had to change us and they did not have the room requested. To arrive by car, the address that appears is not the entrance, you enter through another street. The lower level is under construction and the entrance to the hotel is very poorly signposted. It was 8:30 p.m. when we arrived and they only changed our room at 12 p.m.
It was all bad: 1) I booked and paid for a King room and they held me for a Queen; 2) I paid with breakfast included and the lobby told me that it was not included; 3) when I arrived before 12 to check in, aware that it was not yet 3 that they had told me, they told me that check in was at 4, that is, one more hour, so I had to wait until that time Although I asked how much it cost to get in at the time I arrived and they told me that it was 150 dollars more, I asked him to find out if it could be less or what facilities they would give me, after calling the receptionist his boss, he told him that he could only pay the 150 to check in because the room was available, leaving me no choice but to wait. 4) When I call at dawn to find out if it was possible to do a late check out of half an hour or something like that after 12, they tell me that check out was at 11, not 12, and that I had to hand over the room because it was already rented for that hour. 5) I chose the hotel because, among other things, such as the location and facilities of the hotel, they also supposedly offered live music on the weekend, when I was getting ready to go to the roof top to enjoy the music, they told me that there is no music in alive. A hotel disaster. My experience and my wife's was horrible. We will never go back to an AKA hotel. We have traveled the world and we have never received so much rudeness and bad attention. In fact, we almost always stay at the EAST and SLS in Miami and we changed places for a change and it was a very bad decision.
in general the staff is very friendly. I can say that the valet service is the best in all of Brickell. Ulis, Caesar and everyone who works there are very attentive. They made us feel like family
a restaurant that is very slow
mostly very friendly staff, the valet service is by far the best in all of Bickell and I can especially mention Cesar and Ulis. I really liked the service they provide along with the printer that allows you to print over Wi-Fi, it's very helpful.
restaurant service is very slow
good location, good service
Large spaces
Give me back the night I had to leave earlier. They did not want to because you had already received the total commission
room location and view
location
roll to go to the lobby which is upstairs to the swimming pool in another building
Everything was perfect
I really liked the attention of the staff and how clean everything was
I didn't like that the pool was on the other side of the building and that I had to take 3 elevators to get to the room. The pool was a bit small while there a man had an accident in the pool. I think it needs repair
Great location, rooms on the 21st floor.
At 16:00 the room was not ready, the luggage was brought at 18:00. The swimming pool is located in a neighboring building and can only be reached by 3 lifts.
installations
cleaning rooms
the best thing is the staff and definitely the valet service is better than any hotel in Brickell. the service is the best also the cleaners are great
that they only give 2 bottles of free water throughout the stay even if one stays for a month other hotels always give water. give something too cheap and improve service Now, if you ask for special water, it's different.
Very good location, excellent facilities, very friendly staff
Perspectives
We booked a suite of about 80 square meters for 4 adults. On arrival the sofa bed was not prepared for 2 adults and also seemed very uncomfortable for 2 adults. We were offered to abandon the suite and move to two double rooms with a significantly smaller area, one room was very small and did not have a window in the bathroom. The price of this deal should be lower than the original price of the huge suite. On check out, we were emailed the correct invoice in accordance with the agreed price. It wasn't until a few days later that we noticed on the credit card statement that another debit of €919 had been made. We did not receive a bill for this and despite contacting the hotel several times we never got our money back. Valet service is expensive. To get to the pool (it's not in the same building!!!!!) you have to use 3 different elevators and change buildings through the car park. Breakfast is not recommended. $100 for 2 tiny jars of plain yogurt with semi-rotten strawberries, 2 waffles and 4 drinks. At night, in the opposite parking lot, the fan roars very loudly.
Good hotel
We had breakfast included and had to pay 100 euros because they didn't pay attention to check in at breakfast time. We don't like it
room
bathroom
good location and rooms
they say that breakfast is included, but it is not clear what is included, everyone says different things ask ok as soon as you arrive cleaning of common areas
What is it in Brickell
16:00 - late check-in. The pool and bar towel service was closed at 19:00. With parking not well signposted and $45 a bit expensive too. Should be a hotel service.
location, nicely decorated hotel, front desk staff, well maintained room
breakfast: choice was limited, restaurant staff too expensive. prices sometimes differ by 3 times depending on the period.
Well located
The bed, being the United States, was just
Excellent
The attention, the comfort of the rooms, the location, the friendliness of the staff.
Breakfast
Location and attention of staff
The bathroom is a single space, does not separate the toilet from the shower.
Staff very friendly and location.
This is not a 5 star hotel. Very expensive for what it is. Bar, breakfast and restaurant in one room. The inconvenience of going up 25 floors to the lobby and changing the elevator to go down to the room. And a pool building. Very old hotel in need of updating. There was no trash can in the room, coffee was not replenished...
location
no drinking water in the room breakfast b poor
Convenient location, comfortable rooms, quiet environment
all amenities jacuzzi pool gym location
Position
The lobby on the 25th floor is... on the top floor, the hotel is downstairs 😑 to get around the era, you have to go up to 25, change the elevator and exit. big room but lacking details (broken coffee machine, no trash can in the room, broken shower: everything was never fixed in the 4 days i was in despite i said that).
The comfort of the rooms, the view of the city and the location of the hotel.
location
Very expensive for what it is
Very good location, excellent housekeeping. Perfect parking, nice terrace.
The design is not very avant-garde (for the price of a suite, compared to Mandarin Oriental), lacking hotel-level finishes. It was difficult for us to get to the address (entrance by car through the next street in relation to the GPS address). The pool is far from the hotel but not hard to get to.
Spacious, modern room and unrivaled views
The fact that they didn't clean my room every day, I had to ask for it at the front desk and for an extra charge. Which is incredible to me considering I go to a hotel and not an airbnb for housekeeping and room service (which wasn't there either)
everything is fine! recommended, large rooms, great bed and pillows!
I like everything
position
services at an all-time low
Comfortable room, with beautiful decoration, good lighting, clean, with everything you need, mattress, pillows and very good linens. The noise of voices was heard at night. The gym had everything you need. The restaurant was well stocked and the food and drinks were good. I would be willing to return for a better price.
The front desk staff should serve customers better. Twice asked for help in booking tables in restaurants, although they helped us, the first answer was "we do not provide concierge services."
