In my opinion not suitable for long term stay
Relatively central location, check-in and out went very quickly.
Mineral water only free on the day of arrival, is poor for the room price. Despite repeated reminders, mineral water was not refilled. Price for a martini in the bar exorbitantly expensive, about 20 euros. After 2 wrong deliveries of my drink in the hotel bar, I finally got my drink as ordered.
