HORRIBLE BOOKING SERVICE - The hotel is very good.
Unfortunately BOOKING caused me a lot of annoyance, the hotel front desk behaved GREAT, kudos to Jaime who always helped me with my problem I had with BOOKINGS that didn't respect my booking, only out of the two rooms I PAID. one was filed and I had to PAY for an extra room, I hope BOOKING will refund me what I have already paid or I will denigrate them on social media, this is the second time this has happened to me with BOOKING
The hotel is very good BOOKING IS VERY BAD, OF THE TWO ROOMS I HAVE PAYED, only one was paid for and the other couldn't help me, except for the hotel worker who always supported me (Jaime) who knows what would happen because I was very annoying.

There were no bottles of water either in the room or in the lobby or at the front desk. I had to wait for the next day. The palm tree outside kept hitting the wall and window all night.

Great place to stay with family but wifi is difficult.
The location of the place is very good, you are minutes away from commercial shops. The cleanliness of the room is very good. The breakfast buffet is very good and meets expectations.
Internet connection was very difficult, I never had WIFI access.

Check-in was earlier than the scheduled time, we had the opportunity to relax. The breakfast that includes you is very varied and of excellent quality. The beds are very comfortable and the hotel is very close to La Plaza shopping center and malls.
The cleanliness of the bathroom could have been better, there was some hair on the floor and there was very little toilet paper.
