Friendliness of the reception
Dirty rooms in general, disgusting microwave, very dirty interior doors, torn smoke detector, stained chair, no blanket, at our request they brought us an old bedspread with holes, the base of the bed stained with blood .....

If you have to stay here - it's not for more than one night
Price per night, fridge and air conditioning in the room, quick check-in and check-out, no deposit, a small swimming pool and a large parking lot.
Small room, smell at the entrance (need to ventilate and it was ok), cleanliness left a lot to be desired, old furniture, noise from the train (the passing train was honking next to the accommodation every time, which made it seem like you were driving into it - every time you were sleeping together woke up - terrible noise), no breakfast
