The accommodation corresponds to the description.
Approach of the owner of the accommodation, very helpful. Location close to the metro, 20 minutes to the center by metro, very easy connection to and from the airport.
Noisy environment Light sleepers won't sleep in a room next to the road.

It could be improved, distrust, although the owner was finally receptive
-The situation close to public transport, -spacious rooms, comfortable kitchen, -nice tempeture -comfortable mattresses
- We arrived at 11:30 -12:00 at night and due to a booking error, they did not have proof of the payment, they did not give us the option of waiting the next day, it took us about an hour to clarify, and after 10 hours of trip was not pleasant. -The place next door was a social club and of the 4 nights, 3 there was very loud music. - Excessively pierced walls for heating installation and a cockroach that was a big truck came out.

Excellent value for money and quality
It was very convenient for the group of people we were. Which was two blocks from the subway. Which was super clean. immaculate sheets and towels. very comfortable beds. That the owner was very kind. We arrived at 2am and he was waiting for us with water, coffee and tea.
The area wasn't nice enough to walk around or live next door, but we never felt safe. when we arrived at 2am we went to the supermarket on the corner to buy food and there was no problem. no one interferes.

Great reception but too noisy
Very kind and hospitable hosts, available and in close proximity (very helpful in case of anxiety). Clean apartment and close to subway A (JFK airport 35 minutes) and C (Manhattan 20 minutes). Some work must be completed in the apartment, but not important. It would be nice to add chairs in the living room, bedside lamps or sconces near the beds, and blackout curtains on the windows.
Too noisy: the windows overlook a railway line and a very busy avenue. In addition, parties are held every Friday and Saturday in the building next door. The windows are very poorly soundproofed, this point needs to be urgently improved. After falling hotel prices in Manhattan, value for money is no longer so interesting in February 2022.

If you are in the mood for the real Brooklyn, this is the right place for you.
The location of the apartment is great, metro and food nearby, original Brooklyn; Apartment: equipment, cleanliness, good living room and kitchen, comfortable beds, friendliness of the owner (even if he, unfortunately, did not answer text messages or WA, but only calls).
Two rooms overlooking Atantik Avenue are very noisy.
