Cozy Retreat on Atlantic Ave

The area wasn't nice enough to walk around or live next door, but we never felt safe. when we arrived at 2am we went to the supermarket on the corner to buy food and there was no problem. no one interferes.

Too noisy: the windows overlook a railway line and a very busy avenue. In addition, parties are held every Friday and Saturday in the building next door. The windows are very poorly soundproofed, this point needs to be urgently improved. After falling hotel prices in Manhattan, value for money is no longer so interesting in February 2022.

Two rooms overlooking Atantik Avenue are very noisy.

The dwelling is not sufficiently insulated from the outside, two rooms out of 4 are located on the driveway and on the railroad side. The curtains in the bedroom are not in the way enough. Intermittent Wi-Fi Slight lack of plumbing in bathroom and kitchen.
