We didn't even enter the apartment: no directions to find keys, no one answered phone calls, otherwise unhealthy staircase, gloomy neighborhood and hard to find! Unfortunately, then I only saw bad reviews about this place ... Small tip: do not book here.

Bad in bad shape. The kitchen is partly dirty. Broken dishes. Microwave defective. The washing machine is moldy.

The area is not shown in the photographs, there are many barracks. Microwave and TV did not work. While I was preparing dinner, I found smoke from some of the steaks and turned on the fire alarm. We called the owner, he didn't answer

The apartment was very nice, very clean and tidy. Very nice and clean sheets and towels. But one could say that there is not enough renovation of the bathroom. The building is ugly and in poor condition. I understand that the owner is not at fault, but was very disappointing on arrival. Finding the address is very difficult as it is poorly labeled.

The apartment is located at the heights of the city, 10 minutes from the center, in an area consisting of small, outdated social buildings. It is not easy to find it the first time, because the entrance is not directly on the street, but at the end of a small path (the first one is found on the right when going up a dead end). It was difficult to find accommodation at first. The grounds, especially the entrance and entrance, were filthy to the point of disgusting. The apartment was outwardly clean, the bathroom was very dilapidated, with a very shabby bathtub with limescale and brown stains. The sink mirror was hanging to the left of the sink, so it was difficult to shave. There was not a single hook or shelf for towels or the like, just a window sill. The kitchen with not very clean dishes (we washed everything we used beforehand) was also very shabby. Painted wardrobes, an old stove, a washing machine did not wash properly, dry stains remained on the "washed" things. The sink was a complete disaster. There was no hot water, all the rinsing water was heated in a kettle. There was no sink because the sink was very disgusting, everything was calcined, brown and rusty. There was the most beautiful view from the kitchen window, but unfortunately only standing up. The kitchen was so awful that we didn't cook on it and went to eat for three days. We haven't tried the microwave. The living room was ok, but the TV was not working. Perhaps it could be used as an Internet TV, but since there were no instructions, we could not use it. There was a DVD player, but without a DVD it couldn't be used. The bedrooms were ok but there was only a 4 person clothes rack and there was nothing else to hang. Not a single coat hook! There was a rusty grate hole (?) In the corridor in the carpet, which makes a bad impression upon first entering. I can only advise against booking this accommodation. This was one of our most expensive rooms and the worst I have ever booked through booking.com.

The house was not easy to find. Everything else was fine. We liked. The rental company is friendly.
