Good value for money. It's not 5 star quality because the price is for 3.
Very good location, close to everywhere. Public transport stops are just around the corner. A walk to the Castle takes about 30 minutes.
Dirty things left in the bag from previous guests.

We loved the location and the style of the apartment
The only thing we didn't like was the portal of the apartment since it seemed that we were entering an abandoned block. The walls with the paint on the floor, the stairs with many unevenness…

Nice apartment at an affordable price
Great location, clean and nice, modern amenities, not too fancy. I recognize (hallway well)! Good information from the owner of the apartment!
The accommodation can't do anything about it, but sometimes the street noise at night is annoying... Maybe replace the soundproofing of the window?

Great vacation with no limits.
Great location in the center of Edinburgh, walking distance to everything. In an old building that you can see from the outside and on the landing that has been in use for a long time. The very friendly owner has created a beautifully restored, modern holiday apartment with great attention to detail.

Perfect for a stay in Edinburgh
Accommodation in the heart of the city, comfortably furnished and well equipped. The hosts were very friendly and provided a lot of information about the city and places to visit.

WE DID NOT LIKE THE STAIRS TO ACCESS TO THE APARTMENT, THEY GIVE A BAD IMPRESSION WHEN ENTERING IN REGARD TO THE ACCOMMODATION.

Very nice apartment.
Very nice apartment, nice finish, comfortable bed, very well equipped kitchen. It is a 10-minute walk from the Old Town. The owner provided us with a lot of information about tourism in the city by email.
There is NO WIFI in the apartment, maybe it’s my fault that I didn’t read the fine print, but that was the only thing that I didn’t like.

One of the most charming cities I have visited
The apartment is well equipped and very well located. Communication with the owner is perfect. Even though we never saw him, he guided us perfectly throughout our stay. In addition, there was coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits, which are not usually found in apartments. The apartment is comfortable, although the room is small.
It's a bit pricey for what's on offer, but I guess it has to do with August and all the festivals that are taking place in Edinburgh this month.

Very nice apartment with short distances
The apartment is very well equipped and located in the very center. In a few minutes you are in the center of Edinburgh. Nearby is a nice little cafe where we had the best waffles for breakfast. Gladly again!

This was one of the best apartments we have stayed in.
I liked almost everything! Nice renovation, cozy separate rooms, a wonderful bathroom, individual heating, a kitchen that has everything + pleasant bonuses in the form of various books and films. Two sets of keys, which is very convenient. The owner of the apartment is always in touch and ready to help with any problem. Even at my request, he threw off a photo of where to get the keys. I liked almost everything! Nice repair, cozy separate rooms, beautiful bathroom, individual heating, kitchen, which has everything + nice bonuses in the form of various books and movies.
