We had a great time !
The welcome is very warm and the establishment is very hospitable. The rooms are spacious and everything is absolutely clean. Scottish breakfast is a real treat. We highly recommend this establishment!
A "British" bathroom with a low pressure shower and separate taps for hot and cold water is not always practical, but not particularly disturbing.

Nice stop and very friendly owner.
Breakfast included delicious Scottish pancakes with fresh fruit. Dundee city centre, train station and the Victoria and Albert Museum were very close, less than 10 minutes. The exterior is somewhat outdated, but everything is very clean.
