The apartment is well renovated, clean. In the apartment itself, I didn’t like the dishes, old burnt pans, small saucers instead of normal plates, in general, the feeling that they put what was thrown out of the house. About the building of the Soviet-built Promenade and the area around it and the road to the beach is a separate conversation. There is a problem with the electrics in the house (the elevator may not work during rush hour and the air conditioner too) and there is water on schedule, there is also a problem with garbage, and a barbecue area (which is located on the way to the beach) with stagnant water with rotten meat in the washbasin and rusty barbecues it's kind of a horror. In a house of this type, there must be some kind of manager to look after it. The path to the beach is narrow, the beach is not cleaned. In general, you need to move away from such a vacation. There are no complaints about the owners of the apartment, but this place is not for rest for sure!
