Hotel Atlant
Responsive staff, close to the sea, pets are allowed (a separate plus)
The hotel is large, we lived on the first floor, everyone walked past us - it was noisy. The hotel has a swimming pool, sun loungers, a gazebo, barbecue facilities. The kitchen is shared, many residents, and the kitchen is one. If you plan to relax in silence, it won’t work, all the time someone notes something, loudly, the music yells, vacationers do not behave very well after drinking alcohol (((The hotel is not for a quiet holiday. There was no place to dry wet towels for swimwear - there are no dryers, ropes on the first floor. I didn’t like the Iron Port itself either - there was nowhere to walk, there were some markets around, incomprehensible shops, noisy, dirty, a lot of stray dogs. The sea in early September was cold, but clean, there were a lot of jellyfish .

I recommend the place to all my friends! The attentive staff is ready to welcome and make your vacation easy.
Very cozy hotel. It was a pleasure to stay here. Polite staff, cares about customers, The territory has many amenities and conditions, which are very necessary for a vacation. The building is comfortable, many windows and exits to balconies make it possible to watch the sunrise and sunset.

Good option for accommodation
Rested with family. Fresh renovation. You can say it's clean. New furniture. Good bed, not washed. Towels (only bath towels, for some reason not for the face). Noise from the embankment is almost inaudible. There is a swimming pool, during the day it is noisy. Parking is free in the yard and at the house on the street. 3 braziers in the yard - when fully loaded, everyone had enough of them. To the sea 7-10 minutes. The price for accommodation for the holidays was higher than usual, but we were satisfied. If you are not afraid of the Iron Port - a normal option for accommodation.
Wi-Fi is available, but did not actually work. There is a TV in the room, but in fact - 2 channels with picture quality from the 60s - i.e. Why is he in the room - it is not clear. There is a small kitchenette, but not a single piece of tableware, there were only 3 glasses. There are only 2 hooks in the bathroom. Number 4 local - where to hang towels, clothes - is unknown. There is no shelf for toiletries in the shower. There is not enough shady canopy at the pool or umbrellas. Food ... I was left hungry after dinner (I especially liked the salad - for three - in one plate!), Then we ate in the village. Number two-room, and condo only in one room - part of the family was deprived of coolness and comfort. In general - there is no limit to perfection, the owners - success!

Recommended for family holidays
Rested from 16 to 22 August. Double room, side. The size of the bedroom is just great, love the space and lots of air. They took out a table to the balcony, exit through the bedroom. Pleasant evenings without mosquitoes will remain in memory for a long time. Children at lunch conquered the expanses of the pool. The sea is at hand. Close to the beach, but also away from the disco music.
It's more of a plus. The pool was cleaned daily in the morning. Couldn't swim

At the epicenter of events
The room and grounds are quite clean. The hosts are friendly and responsive. On site bar with drinks and water at affordable prices. The location is in the very center of the coast, all the entertainments of the waterfront are at hand, but the hotel is quiet. Value for money. Thank you for a great vacation.
The faucet in the shower is rusty and the watering can flows in all directions, it’s like a mini fountain))) The curtain is moldy. The swimming pool is dirty. The kitchen is so-so. The microwave starts from the fifth time, dirty. There are few dishes, a spoon to find a whole quest. There is only one plate.

We liked it, we recommend !!!!
The rooms are excellent, all the furniture is like new, clean and well maintained. The beach is not far, only 5 minutes. The territory is also well-groomed, order and cleanliness are monitored here. The pool is cleaned every evening or morning. Good soundproofing in the room, you can not hear the neighbors behind the wall. I also liked that when booking a room, they asked us if we mind living on the 4th floor)))
The water in the shower lives its own life, the pressure of the water jumps and the temperature of the water also jumps, hot water is barely warm in the morning. The lighting in the pool was turned on only when it was being cleaned (((It would also be nice if each room had a hairdryer initially. There is no Wi-fi in the rooms.

Nice small family run hotel. Comfortable, clean pool and jacuzzi. We arrived at 3:30am and were allowed into our room before check-in time. The room is clean, comfortable, corresponds to the photo. The hotel can order three meals a day or separate breakfast, lunch or dinner (good portions), there is a kitchen for self-cooking, barbecues, gazebos. Bar on site. Good prices! Friendly staff! Thank you for your hospitality ❤️ we really enjoyed it

I recommend this Mini hotel as such which corresponds to the price and quality.
Friendly staff. Delicious lunches and breakfasts. Good location. There is a mini fridge and air conditioning in the room (the air conditioner initially did not work, as there was no freon), after the administrator notified, the air conditioning was done within 2 days. And thanks for that It is very convenient that there is a kitchen in the institution and a small bar where you can buy coffee, alcohol or something else.

I highly recommend Atlant!
Very friendly administrator Natalya! once again no one touches you at the base, but she is always happy to help! a very big plus is the pool, without it we would not have swum in the water (the sea was dirty), big + this is a jacuzzi 👍🏻, there is sun loungers and a bar on the territory! the rooms are small, but everything is there! there is always hot water! min 5 to the central beach.
Need to replace the boards in the kitchen and add a couple of sharp knives

Comfortable and inexpensive vacation close to the sea
Booked a room a few hours before check-in. They immediately called back and clarified the necessary information. Upon arrival, they showed the room, the girl gave out blankets, because. We went in September and it was already chilly. The room is on the first floor, we parked the car next to it. The administrator (hostess?) was always easy to find on the territory. In general, the room is tidy: the bed is fresh, the closet is spacious, the refrigerator is clean. Personally, I did not have enough chairs and a table in the room, but on the street there was plastic furniture for our room (table + 2 chairs). I used them. The location is good. The sea is not far away. Passage through the market.
The photos of the pool do not correspond to reality - I would always like to receive up-to-date information. What I didn't like was the bathroom. It’s impossible to sit on the toilet normally - the knees rest against the wall. And there is absolutely nowhere to hang a towel in the bathroom. No hook, no towel warmer. Very uncomfortable.

I was pleased with the stay.
Located in a cul-de-sac, quiet (there is no noise like in hotels on the coast) and not far from the sea, walk 10 minutes through the market. There is hot water. Food can be ordered on the spot, although we took the current breakfast.
In our room, the cross-handed builders did not make a slope in the shower for draining, so the water did not drain well and often there was a puddle.

The very first thing I want to note is the attentive staff, namely the girl Administrator, who even after eviction from the hotel took care of her customers, namely (put things in storage and took care to call a taxi at the time it was needed and fulfilled all requests) for this, thank you very much! We already know for sure that next year we will return specifically to you and even for a longer period of time (at least 2 weeks) The territory is clean, 5 minutes to the sea Gazebos where you can barbecue and relax. Delicious cuisine (affordable prices), I liked that there is no need to look for a place to eat in the morning, everything is on the spot.

Need to clean better, smile at customers and be more polite
The room had everything: a bed with a new mattress, a TV on the wall, a wardrobe with 2 hangers, a new refrigerator.
What is written in the ad on the site - will not be what you expect! Wi-Fi - about the announcement is, in fact - ITS NOT! TV - in the announcement they write cable. In fact, all news channels and TNT, where around the clock one humor is not for children. Mini-bar - there was none at all! Parking space - not given, although the place was! Let me remind you, on booking I indicated that we NEED it! Staff: the woman who runs it is not sociable, the girl who cleans was friendly, but the room was cleaned badly! There is dust under the bed, the shelves are dusty, the toilet is not treated, there may have been a fungus in the corners of the shower (something black). And also in our room there was no furniture that is indicated in the ad: a table, a chair. "We don't have free ones" - they told us in September ... The water was turned off in the morning, and it doesn't matter if you have a soapy head. Don't expect hot water in the morning. Kitchen. There are dishes. The kettle is already so full of scale that it's scary to pick it up. The microwave needs to be cleaned. The pool should have been cleaned by now. Jacuzzi - for 3. Conclusion: if you don’t care where to spend the night, it’s fine, but if you arrived normally and comfortably clean, I don’t recommend it. After all, we pay money for cleanliness, the entire set of rooms, for a second. From the good: close to the sea (7-8 minutes), the mattress is clean, the refrigerator is new, cups 2, the sun made its way through the window in the morning, the curtains are good! the air conditioning worked well.

Excellent value for money
We are 100% satisfied with the hotel. The room was clean and cosy. All amenities are as described. Loved the pool and jacuzzi. The sea is 500 meters away, even with a small child it was easy for us to get there. By the way, it is worth mentioning the location separately, the hotel is located in a side street, thanks to which it is quiet and calm in the courtyard and on the balcony. With pleasure, we will choose the hotel "Atlant" next time.

Overall, I liked staying at the hotel. The hotel has everything for a comfortable stay.
The location is very close to the sea, although only 1 line, but the music of the clubs will not disturb your sleep. In the hotel you can order breakfast, lunch and dinner at affordable prices and everything is delicious.
I did not like that the room was not cleaned during the stay at all! In my opinion, it is necessary to pick up the trash at least once a week, I am not talking about anything else. Poor noise insulation, you can hear even neighbors' alarm clocks from the side, from below, from above, so if you want to sleep on vacation, it won't work☹

Excellent for the Iron Port
Basically everything is great. The pool and jacuzzi are working, there is a shared kitchen for personal use, you can order meals. The room has air conditioning, shower with toilet, refrigerator and TV. The beds are moderately comfortable) The staff is excellent, helpful.
The lack of normal towels (there are only for hands), it's time to change the pillows, it's very uncomfortable to sleep on them.

Great place for the price
Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location, pleased with a small but clean pool, has its own parking.
Unfortunately, WiFi only works on the first floor and a couple of times there was no electricity and water.

+ excellent location, close to the sea + quiet, peaceful + room with all amenities + clean area + swimming pool + dark curtains, during the day you can sleep peacefully
- there was not enough cleaning in the room at least once every three days - didn't change towels - the sink is clogged, the water does not drain well

Nice hotel for comfortable rest.
The location is great, quiet and quite close to the sea. Friendly staff. Fresh and tasty food. Well-kept territory.
We lived on the third floor, and there was no internet in the room. He didn't "catch" on the territory near the dining room either. The light was on 24 hours a day on the balcony. We specially chose a room with windows to the east, but were forced to cover the window because of the bright lighting. It would be good to turn off the light after 11-12 at night. We lived in the hotel for 16 days, it was cleaned only once. It wasn't critical for us, it's information for the public. Kitchen... Not enough dishes and cutlery, 2 teaspoons for everyone and a shortage of forks. One board in the kitchen, and the one with fungus on the underside.

shower in the truest sense of the word contrast - the ice is immediately boiling water and back. It is difficult to wash in pleasure. It would be a plus from the cleaning to go sweep once a day - sand from the feet after the beach all over the room.

Large spacious rooms, there are towels and bedding, soap and shampoo. Beautiful territory. There is a pool and jacuzzi. Place for a car. Good and friendly hostess. And most importantly, there is no feeling that they are trying to save as much as possible with space and furniture. Lots of space and everything is new. Nice to rest.
We stayed for 4 days, our room was not cleaned. But we did not ask, and did not specify about cleaning.

Comfortable rest!

Excellent location (peace and tranquility from the noisy embankment on the spot) Having air conditioning is awesome.
No hair dryer. Every evening there were a lot of spiders above the entrance door (for such a cost of living it was possible to negotiate with them)

Clean, cozy, comfortable, calm, quiet!
Excellent hotel, wonderful hosts, all requests and wishes were fulfilled, very friendly and hospitable people. Staff: maids - lovely girls, they do their job perfectly well; a wonderful cook - Olga, cooked really at home and very tasty, the children ate everything, although at home it is problematic to force them to eat. For the price of breakfasts, lunches and dinners are very budgetary - 30, 40 UAH. The room is modest, but clean and has everything you need: a table, 2 chairs, a bed, 2 bedside tables, a wardrobe, air conditioning (working!), TV. The shower is also clean, it's nice to come in, hot water was constantly and at any time of the day, and really hot, not barely warm. The territory is well-groomed, spacious, there is a gazebo, a deck chair. The pool deserves special attention: clean, the water is blue, like in the Maldives, spacious, illuminated - it is a pleasure to swim in it, it saved us a lot, since the weather was not so hot on our arrival. Every evening, the owners disinfect it, I saw it myself, while the water does not stink of bleach and the skin does not peel off, as after city pools. The second line from the sea, quiet, calm, comfortable, walk to the beach 5 minutes leisurely. On the way there are a lot of cafes, restaurants and bars for every taste and budget. In general, for such money I really liked it, but there is something to compare with, believe me, but it was not the first time that they rested in the Iron Port. Special thanks to the hostess - Natalia, a very sweet and pleasant woman. If everyone did their business like this and treated people like that, our Ukrainian leisure industry would take a step forward. Good luck, prosperity and grateful customers!!! We will gladly come again!

Good but could be even better
Value for money, good pool, air conditioning in the room, clean linen, the presence of a separate kitchen on site. In general, I liked it, I recommend it.
The room needs renovation, especially the bathroom, we had a shower that fell off and gushed in different directions. Small parking lot. Unfinished premises on the territory spoiled the overall impression.
