The apartment is located on the basement floor. The impression is as if you are in a renovated basement, and in fact it is. The renovation is new, but the comfort is not felt. We had a suspicion that the linen on the sofa was stale, but we did not determine for sure. However, both towels were definitely stale - white with yellow stripes. Soap diluted with water.

The apartment is on the basement floor, it's not wow, but it's not as critical as we thought after reading the reviews. For a day, stop, it's quite normal. There was dampness in the bathroom, but not critical. There was no hair dryer in the room, but as it turned out (after checking out and talking to the owner), the hair dryer left with the previous guests.

There is not enough curtain in the bathroom, when you take a shower, water splashes all over the bathroom. There are not enough detergents, sponges. There are dishes, but it is impossible to wash them (by the way, there was a dirty pan in the cupboard), probably just because there is nothing to wash. We also did not wash the dishes, but left them in the sink and warned the hostess about it. The room is very cold. Located in the basement. Plus, they were in the period of blackouts, maybe because of this, the heating was not good.

The lack of an adequate description, it was necessary to read the comments. It's a basement! Plinth. It is clearly deliberately omitted. Mobile communications do not work there either. Damp, cold (the heating was turned on at the request, thanks for that) dirty dishes, more precisely from the dishes one cup and a glass. Musty smell from towels. No microwave, dirty bathroom. Sofa for children or dwarfs.

I was forced to clean it upon arrival, because there were cobwebs everywhere, spiders on the windowsill, near the furniture, in the bathroom, dust, hair, used ear sticks. There was a feeling that the counter was simply not prepared before arrival, and considering that it was open window, but this is the basement - all the dirt from the street goes here. It took 10 minutes, but it should be done by the cleaning lady, not the person upon check-in. It's a pity, because in general, the hostess is very nice (but another person cleans) and the apartment is new, but not well-kept. 2. There will be no hair dryer, because people stole it BEFORE, they found only one box 3. A bath, not a shower, but this is subjectively mine. also without a curtain, that's why water is everywhere and you have to clean it up again 4. There is no mosquito net, insects and spiders from the street climb into the basement 5. 1 cup of 250 ml, 1 glass for wine and 1 glass for water, but here are 2 glasses))) more dishes are needed if there is a kitchen in the room 6. The door from the hallway to the room does not close due to oblique repairs. The crib is too small - noisy at night and in the morning. 7. No ventilation and no air conditioner, you have to open the window - then it becomes noisy and dirty. 8. A small sofa for 2 tall people. You won't be able to fall asleep on minimalka.

We didn't look for any flaws, so we didn't find them)

The lock in the bathroom was broken, toilet paper is not included in the accommodation, it is very interesting not to find it on the spot later 😁. Basement, constantly someone walked in front of the window. the sofa bed is not large, we were with a child of 5 years old, then we slept wide, our legs did not fit.
