the location is super, the cleanliness of the room is top notch!
- the location is trump! -conveniences in the room are smartly designed, there is a place; - Beautifully decorated room.
-dirty bathroom, cleaning just on the top where you can see, it was disgusting to swim just and this happened the second time, it is because of the lack of cleanliness that we no longer go to this hotel! -cheap padding pillows and blankets; - plumbing jams and malfunctions; -on a large double bed there were 2 small separate blankets instead of one large one, which is extremely inconvenient for a couple! -the staff made a mistake with the recalculation of the payment amount, and in the evening, when they returned to the room, they checked the relics that they made a mistake, and we need to pay extra!

The hotel overlooks the Town Hall
Very good location, in the center of Samisin, near the Town Hall. Hello girls. Cheap laundry, used the services twice. A separate hand towel is hung in the bathroom, it's cool, almost nowhere else does it. Good internet. But there are significant drawbacks, unfortunately.
The bed has decorative elements with sharp corners - already on the third day of stay, the legs were all bruised without exaggeration. The refrigerator in the room is very loud. There are disposable shampoos and soap in the bathroom, it is not environmentally friendly.

Great, but with a few flaws
I liked the friendly and pleasant attitude of the staff. Minor issues and requests were resolved immediately. The hotel is located right on the central square. The heart of the city. Despite this, the noise from the street is suppressed by good windows.
The general impression that the hotel lacks the master's hand: - Shouting water pump when using water. Sounds intimidating and annoying. This is especially critical at night when the partner is sleeping and you want to go to the toilet. - As soon as we stopped there was a mustiness in the bathroom and a little dust on the floor. It felt as if the room had not been used for several days and had not been aired or cleaned before our arrival. - the trouble of a good half of the hotels: there is no shelf in the shower. Although the mounts for it are installed. - The mirror light above the washbasin did not work.

Great location, in the city center, no need to go anywhere.
Great location, leaving the house you immediately find yourself in the central square. I also liked the building itself, which has preserved its history, the painted ceiling when climbing the stairs to the room conveys the character of the city.
Rise to the floor, because. the building is old and the ceilings are high, the flights of stairs are too long, but this can be regarded as a positive thing.

I stayed one night in this Lviv hotel and felt great. I recommend it.
Unusual central location. Friendly, helpful and English speaking staff. Very large and comfortable room. Clean and functional bathroom.
There is no elevator (for some this may be a problem).

I recommend!
I booked a room without breakfast. Very comfortable, with a comfortable bed and normal pillows. The windows overlook Rynok Square, and it's probably quite noisy there in peacetime, but now after 9:00 p.m. everything quiets down, and you can get some sleep.
You can hear the noise of the water in the pipes when the neighbors bathe, but that is not the hotel's problem - the hotel is in an old building. In general, everything is great

Good hotel with a couple of flaws
Very central, very convenient location! The room is clean and comfortable, there are bathrobes and slippers. There was mineral water and a kettle with cups.
4th floor - the stairs are old and steep, it was ok with backpacks, but with suitcases it would not be convenient at all. It is sooo noisy at night, there are many establishments around, and drunk guests interfere with sleep. During the day you can hear music from the ice rink opposite. Shampoo and shower gel are given in inconvenient disposable bags, jars would be much more comfortable to use. The rain shower didn't work. There is a kettle in the room, but there is no tea ... you could take care of the guests and put a couple of bags (a trifle, but nice).

Very Clean and Very friendly staff, which made the memories of staying in this hotel warm and cozy! In the very heart of the old city!!! Although I had to climb the stairs to the mountain itself, but for the young people to warm up)) Earplugs were carefully put on 😉
Something was wrong in the toilet: the tank was being flushed noisily and there was an unpleasant smell as the water went down. There were tea/coffee cups but no kettle. We would like more attention to individual hygiene products: what was provided was very scarce and partially usable

We rested as a family, we really liked it, the friendly staff provided an extra pillow upon request.
The only minus, but it's still the location - it's very noisy with open windows, because there are a lot of nightclubs nearby and this does not apply to the hotel in any way

Junior suite. Sometimes luxury, sometimes semi. Gorgeous view, a little to fix the room and it will be super.
Location. The view of the Town Hall lying on a pillow is very cool. Staff. Polite, responsive. The room was free and settled earlier. We were allowed to leave luggage at reception for a couple of hours after check out. Ear plugs in case of noise on the square. Market. Towels, slippers, bathrobes. Large comfortable bed. Toilet lid closer.
4th floor without lift. The water pump (or who pumps water there) is very loud. It feels like you have Darth Vader on a ventilator behind your wall. The shower stall is missing a shelf. There are fasteners, but no shelves. The curtain holder falls out of the wall. The rails of the closet do not vacuum - there is a lot of dust. A couple of times the toilet flush button stuck and the water flowed continuously, I had to remove the lid from the tank and correct it.

Great hotel
A small room (semi-luxury), which has everything you need to stay in the city for a few days. You can order an iron, ironing board, kettle and breakfast. High ceilings, two windows with a view of the town hall and walking distance to all the sights of Lviv made our trip unparalleled. If someone is bothered by the sounds from the street, look for a place outside the square, but it didn't bother me at all. Everything is cool!

The very heart of Lviv
The price-quality ratio in the off-season is excellent, 38€ for a junior suite with a view of the town hall) What else do a couple of tourists who come to Lviv for a day and a half) need? The bed is super-comfortable, warm, large wardrobe, hairdryer, plenty of towels, nice staff.
The entrance of the house in which the hotel rents a room is of course terrible. Audibility in the vestibule is strong. That is, if neighbors live in the same block with you, then you are lucky only if they are quiet.

Great location in the very center of the market square vis a vis the town hall, clean room, daily cleaning, very nice staff, they provided a transfer from the airport. It's a place where you want to come back.
The hotel is a tenement house with the entrance to the rooms from the staircase, entering the staircase does not feel like a hotel, the appearance of the entrance can scare away. The room is very nice, clean. Breakfast in a restaurant two tenement houses away - minus you have to wear a jacket etc. but their quality makes up for it.

Strange solutions? reception on the 4th floor, only wooden stairs, tiny room, roof windows only, no restaurant on site, it is in another building, I do not recommend breakfast there, there are other great restaurants nearby, e.g. Baczewski and you will eat there with taste. In general, a hotel for the night, top two for not fussy, you can sleep

+ location - the town hall is more central than this hotel))) easy to find + friendly staff + spacious suite, 2 rooms with a balcony facing the courtyard, quiet and cozy + you can easily take a teapot and cups to the reception + breakfast in a nearby restaurant, delicious, packed one portion with you without any problems + in general, a great hotel, we would be happy to come back here next time👍
- 4th floor without an elevator, we were fine, but a person with a heavy suitcase may not appreciate it - I wanted to take juices from the minibar, but they were expired...the staff should check that

It was insanely cold, my wife and I got sick. It was already December 12, there was no heating There were problems with the sewer, we were warned. But the water was coming out of the shower on the floor There was no safe in the room, there was nowhere to put money and documents, you had to carry it with you. (although we had a junior suite)

The hotel "Hotel 39" stopped for the first time. Room type: standard double room with 1 bed. Booking: booked through the "Booking.com" system. Communication with the hotel in the "Booking.com" system is excellent, but upon arrival we could not get through to the reception. The hotel staff is polite, friendly and always ready to help. Check-in: Standard check-in starts at 14:00 and check-out starts at 12:00. Payment system: it is possible to pay the cost of living both by card and in cash. Comfort: the hotel is not equipped with an elevator, so the question of accessibility remains open. The lobby is equipped with sofas and a table, so the guest can comfortably spend the waiting time. Room: cozy and nice. In the hallway of the room there is a wardrobe (you can place clothes on hangers, of which there are enough) and a hanger for outerwear. The room has a spoon for shoes, a hairdryer, a set of glasses and a mini-bar; You can leave groceries or ask for hot water at the reception. The room accommodates one double bed, bedside tables for each of the beds, a desk and chair, as well as a flat-screen TV. The ventilation / air conditioning system is present. The beds in the room are as comfortable as possible: the mattress is moderately soft, and the pillows are hypoallergenic. The room is an attic type room, and from the window you can see a wonderful view of the main attraction of Lviv - the Town Hall. In addition, the hotel is equipped with a mini observation deck on the roof. This is the real highlight of the hotel. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, large mirror, washbasin and trash can. The bathroom also had two sets of "shower gel + soap + shampoo". The shower worked properly in all modes. Cleanliness: the room is clean. Guests are provided with a set of three towels: for face, body and feet. But, unfortunately, the foot towel is one for two, which is not very hygienic. In the availability of two bottles of water of 0.5 liters (with and without gas).
The bathroom does not have an additional ventilation system, so it becomes quite stuffy. The shelf for bathroom accessories in the shower is affected by a coating that could have been removed. The trash can has a broken pedal to open it, and the toilet fixtures are a little loose. There are also stubborn stains on the carpet.

Everything is fine, very nice Lviv, very atmospheric, a hotel worth recommending for trips to Lviv.
great location on the market square, close to everything, discreet staff, very good English, but you can also get along in Polish, cleanly, nice and warm, only you have to take the suitcases up the stairs to the 3rd floor.
A reception downstairs and an elevator would be useful, but for health reasons it might be better

A great place to stay!
Very cozy comfortable room, friendly staff. The room had everything you need (bathroom accessories, bathrobes, slippers, hair dryer, and even biryushki!). From the window there is a stunning view of the Town Hall. Very convenient location - close to all attractions in the center! Breakfast in a nearby restaurant added even more positive - the atmosphere of coziness and comfort! Thanks for the good mood!

The spring mattress needs to be replaced, we counted all the springs. Breakfast takes place in a traditional restaurant 100 m Pisate. Unfortunately, the selection there is very limited.

There are no parking spaces. The hotel requests parking spaces at a hotel located 200 meters away for approximately EUR 6 per day (no guarantee of parking spaces).

I recommend the hotel!
The service was very nice and helpful. Clean nice bathroom. Excellent location. It was enough to leave the gate to immerse yourself in the wonderful atmosphere of the market square and the surrounding streets. We had a room with dormer windows. You can see the town hall tower through it. On the first floor there was a balcony with a table, where we had breakfast with pleasure. The view from the balcony and roof terrace on the tower of the Armenian cathedral and the surrounding roofs.
The carpet in the room was worn and stained (although cleaned), the bedspread also needed to be replaced.

Charming small hotel and ideal starting point for Lviv
The location in the center of the central square of the city is unique. Just a few steps to the nearest cafe, exchange office or shop, as well as to explore the city. An old house with charm and wooden stairs - yes, you have to climb them to get into the room. I am a very lazy person by nature, but I managed several flights of stairs twice a day. Installing an elevator around here would be a mortal sin on an old house. Lviv is definitely worth a visit. The fact that chaos reigns in some places, for example, in the entrances of houses, in parks .... makes the rest interesting in the first place - you are in Ukraine, and not in a "tidy" house where the subway rolls. to the point, and in the meantime, almost everything that is forbidden becomes a kind of fun.
We got breakfast in the form of a coupon for "Mushly Bar" - very special ... we didn't really like it. There are many options in the area for a good breakfast at a reasonable price. The pump in the bathroom is a little annoying, but it is necessary - otherwise they would not have installed it. We stayed two nights and thank god I didn't put towels on the floor for changing - there was no one there to change towels or make the bed. The volume from the town hall square was tolerable, the bustle didn't really bother us.

Perfect Location on Rynok Square, Affordable Price

On August 21, 2019 the bar where we were supposed to have breakfast was closed but the girl at the reception was very helpful to find a place right next to the hotel right away and I must say that is also very nice! Hotel 39 needs to change the bar! Congratulations to the girl at the reception, unfortunately I don’t remember the name well, but if my sister and I came back again, we would come back first of all for her kindness, professionalism and education!!!

Lviv is beautiful, and hotel 39 is right next to the market square, quiet, no outside noise.
Very clean, very comfortable room, modernly decorated!
For breakfast you had to go to one of the two restaurants. Both offered breakfast at different times. Due to the hour, we had to choose one of them (fish, at number 35). I do not recommend! In the morning for breakfast not very good smelling omelet with mussels - it's not it!!! The cleanliness of this restaurant is also questionable. On the second day we were forced to ask for fried eggs with two slices of bread.

In the heart of Lviv
Very nice service and great location. Entering the tenement house I did not expect such good comfort in the rooms. There were even earplugs so that the bustle of the market did not make it difficult to sleep. Hotel 39 is an accommodation for active people due to the large number of stairs to overcome, but if someone does not mind the lack of an elevator, I highly recommend it.
