Very good
Great corner balcony. You can even see the sea from the balcony.
The mixer in the shower is in a sad state. No trash can. Not enough power outlets.

Very poor quality plumbing. The taps are leaking, the drain is clogged, it is difficult to take a shower, it is hung so that everything pours on the floor. In one of the buildings, the staircase to the third floor is simply suicide. All free territory is occupied by parked cars. To get out of the gate, you need to pass in a narrow space between the cars.

Do everything as indicated in the brochure. Conduct the Internet, put a microwave in the room, connect a normal cable package instead of 5 programs, replace the table with a more stable one, replace the bunks for a third person with something more comfortable.

Very nice woman Elena in the service staff, she met us, accommodated us, always helped in all matters, with the calculation for the room, too, to her, as it turned out), in general, performed the role of manager, Thank her! 2. The room, as promised, had a kettle, TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, its own amenities, everything is clean.
1. Soundproofing is completely absent, I very clearly and literally heard the neighbors from the side, the hostess lived downstairs and she came and made a comment simply for the fact that we talked VERY MUCH in our room (Question! When we come to rest, should we be silent?) her vacation was ruined! 2. Rakushnyak in the courtyard, it's cool, but it went into the negative for me, we didn't come by car and it is impossible to carry a suitcase in such a space, as a result, when leaving, we had to carry it in our hands (and it is not light) 3. Check-in time! When booking on the booking, I indicated that we would arrive from 6 to 7 in the morning, on the site check-in from 00 to 13, it was for this reason that this place of residence was chosen during the rest! As a result, we arrived and waited until 11 for our number, while he was evicted and removed, this is incorrect. For less money, there were more interesting options, with better conditions and arrival from 11 o'clock, but here they were led. 4. Why mark the time when to expect us, if they do not even look there, we were not particularly expected. 5. The lack of towels can also be attributed to the disadvantages, for such a cost they can be provided, they took up a lot of space in the suitcase 6. Uncomfortable stools, very uncomfortable to sit, for a balcony or the street may go, but in the room is not an option. 7. In the shower, the nozzle leaks slightly, with a small pressure it is normal, but if a little more, then an additional stream into the curtain

Good location, about 10 minutes to the sea, next to the main street, but no noise is heard. Closed parking on site. Friendly staff. The room has air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, electric kettle, dishes, comfortable bed, sofa, table, stools, there is a small terrace. You can use the shared kitchen on site. It was important for us that we could live with our cat, thanks to the owners.
