Perfect
A family of 3 adults, lived in an apartment on Malaya Zhitomirskaya 16-5 with a black and white design. The apartment is a salon combined with a kitchen and a bedroom. The bedroom has a double bed, in the salon there is a folding sofa. The design is interesting, the apartment is equipped, there is everything you need. Air conditioners in the salon and in the bedroom, refrigerator, safe, hairdryer, el. kettle, oven, washing machine, storage heater of water for 100 liters - there was always hot water. The plumbing was in good condition and everything worked. The location is great. Cleaned up, (except for the shelves in the cupboards). The apartment is on the first (high) floor. There is a glazed balcony. Windows overlook the courtyard. Quiet at night. There are bars on the windows. There is a convenience store in the next house. Administrator Sergey was always in touch and was always ready to help.
The shelves in the cupboards were dusty. The bedding was clean, but the sheet was ripped. Upon arrival, they did not put a set of linen on the third guest, but the administrator Sergei promptly brought up everything you needed. Wires for the lamps come out on the walls in the cabin, but the lamps themselves are not yet available. Hope these wires are de-energized.

Liked everything!
Ideal location - 5 minutes to Khreshchatyk, as well as Sofievskaya and Mikhailovskaya squares. Service is great! Comfortable bed, extra bed in the kitchen. The kitchen is large with everything you need. Everything is perfectly clean. There are disposable slippers, shower sets. Friendly staff. We had an urgent check-in late. The administrator Sergey showed everything, explained, helped to park the car. Thanks a lot! We really hope that on the next trip to Kiev we will be able to live in this place.

I find fault of course)), but it is necessary to change or repair the mixer in the kitchen (a small hole has formed approximately at the bend through which water splashes with a strong pressure).

Location and amenities.
The apartment is beautiful inside. But the general space, like the stairs and corridors, leaves much to be desired. Also, the communication is very structured by email ... WhatsApp is not responding other than its intermediaries. But there were no problems and inconveniences, everything was perfect

The apartment is not recommended.
The apartment is completely worn out, dirty in places. The salon is not up to date. Everyday items are old, dirty and partially unusable.

They settled in another apartment (2-room) due to the fact that the previous landlord wanted to extend the apartment with a green bathroom and settled in an apartment with a black kitchen (2-room) Therefore, I cannot assess the quality and price in the right apartment, as well as the location near a 2-room apartment in the very center, which is a huge plus.
