The apartments are fully consistent with the photo. Very clean. The kitchen has enough utensils for cooking - everything is there. Good quality bedding, duvet, pillows. The owner Sergei was always available during communication, he allowed us to check in earlier, without additional payment, for which we are very grateful to him. Someone wrote that the entrance and elevator are terrible, well, yes, this is not a new house, but it was quite clean and odorless. Conveniently close to metro and supermarket. We were satisfied with our stay in the apartments, we will keep in touch.

For example, my wife, after the dentist, needed salt and soda, they found everything in the kitchen, I didn't have to run anywhere. Nearby there is Domino's and Dream Town pizzeria with a bunch of restaurants and entertainment for children. It's difficult to describe everything, but we will definitely come here! I recommend to everyone!

We lived as a family (2 adults and 2 children 4 and 14 years old) in an apartment for 2 days from October 13-15, 2018. The apartment is a 2-minute walk from the Obolon metro station (the second building from the metro), fully corresponds to the photo, description and reviews. The apartment is perfectly clean. Our youngest child is 4 years old, he managed to play with cars in all rooms and I had to look under all the wardrobes and sofas before leaving (did the car roll up) - cleanliness EVERYWHERE !!!!. The apartment has absolutely everything you need - from disposable slippers to hand soap, paper towels, clothespins, matches, salt, sugar, etc. We, of course, had our own, but were pleasantly surprised. Very comfortable large bed with an excellent orthopedic mattress and comfortable pillows. The apartment is corner, on the 8th floor, the windows offer a beautiful view on 2 sides, especially when the sun rises. Immediately across the road is a huge shopping and entertainment center Dreamtown, where you can find everything - from a 24-hour supermarket and a pharmacy to a huge number of food courts, a children's center, a cinema, etc. Very friendly hosts. Our train arrived at 7 am, the owners allowed us to check in 4 hours earlier than the set time, which was very important for us with 2 children. The only minus of the trip - 2.5 days with children in Kiev is not enough))). You need at least 4-5 days. And even more. THANKS for the comfort and hospitality! We will definitely stay with you if we are in Kiev!
