Thanks to Andrey, very nice and polite! The location is excellent, quiet, but everything is close, not far from 2 metro stations.

Exceptional
Quiet and warm apartment. Convenient location. Close to the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Close to the metro. The shops. Nearby there is a street without cars - you can walk with children.

The bed with the mattress is squeaky and terribly uncomfortable, it would be better if the bed was removed altogether and left only one mattress. The boiler is not designed for a shower for more than two people; the water is cold on the third person. A larger boiler size is needed.
