The staff did not know about my booking, they heard about the existence of the booking from me. At first they said that there were no more places, but when they found out that I was for one night, they offered to check in without a reservation for a completely different price. Very cold room with wooden windows, no heater. The rooms do not match the pictures at all, there is simply no wardrobe to put things in, a bedside table for things - one for two. In a room for six - one key for everyone in the room. There is absolutely no soundproofing, plywood partitions between rooms and a common corridor. Dirty room and shower cabins full of fungus and mold. There is one toilet for all tenants (female) and two showers.

I would like ba cleaner in the bathrooms and increase their number.
