Didn't like anything. This is pure horror.
This horror can be described for a long time. First, an hour before our check-in, we were told that the apartment was occupied and offered 2 others at the same price. Addresses: Velyka Vasylkivska 114 and Feodosiyska 1a. We had no choice and agreed to one of these apartments (on V.Vasylkivska Street). Arriving there, we were told that they would come to us in 20 minutes. 30 minutes passed, we were informed that the keys to the apartment were taken away by the former resident, then the maid came and started waiting for him with us. After 30 minutes, a man came with the keys, we went into a terrible dirty entrance, but the apartment turned out to be even worse. I would rather pass out at the entrance. It was complete dirt, mess, neglect. The sofa is full of stains and streams. There is even no linen on the bed, the blanket is completely stained. On the toilet there is an inscription "doesn't work, sorry for the inconvenience". Then the cleaner explained that there was another toilet in the pantry. The door of the wardrobe was next to the wardrobe. It turned out that it was not the former resident who damaged them, and that was the case before he moved in. It's all murky, smelly!!! And this is in the capital of our country!!! Shame...... I wasn't looking for luxury apartments, but I'm sorry, elementary cleanliness can be maintained!!! You are not renting out these apartments for UAH 100, so please be kind, wash what you are offering to your loved ones!!! I do not advise anyone to even think about staying here.
There is enough space for storing things, the availability of all the necessary technical means (iron, board, kettle, typewriter) for living.
Low level of maintenance of the property: handles falling off, kettle lid falling off, bathroom lock broken, plumbing with limescale, bathroom curtain moldy, which I reported to the landlord and the response was simply "Ok", no one replaced it. The kitchen has an unpleasant smell of old oil, the balcony stinks of ash, all the things I washed and dried on the balcony had to be re-washed at home. She left at the first opportunity 2 days earlier. The apartment has potential, but it is necessary to fix everything and bring it to mind. Renting housing in this form is disrespectful to customers.
Conveniences in the apartment, beautiful design. Interesting arrangement.
It was a bit chilly, the shower didn't work, only the jacuzzi.
the apartment is located within walking distance from the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra, which was important for us. The owner provided an early check-in (at 8 a.m.) for an additional fee. Approximately 200 meters from the apartment on the street. Leipzigskaya, 15 cafe Market Plaza is located, we recommend, helpful staff, excellent food, affordable prices, internet, payment in hryvnia and cards. The apartment is warm. it was quiet at night.
could not get into the apartment within half an hour, after the agreed time, although they arrived half an hour later, because the owners themselves could not get into the entrance of the house, they were waiting for one of the tenants to open the front door to the entrance. The apartment was not ready to receive guests, the cleaning was done in front of us, only the bed linen was changed and the bedrooms were wet cleaned. Balloons left over from previous guests were not removed. in the sink in the bathroom it was difficult for water to pass through, which was told to the owner, but the problem was not fixed. The sink faucet was dirty and sticky. The stove, kitchen sink and dishes had to be washed by ourselves before using. The Internet was completely absent, when the owner was informed about the problem, they promised to solve it, the problem was not solved, after that the owner stopped communicating. The TV did not work (perhaps we could not cope with its control, and we were not told how to turn it on upon arrival). We stayed in the apartment for one night, paid more than half the cost of a day for an early check-in and two nights, although the owner was warned that we would spend one night and there would be a late check-out (6 pm the next day after arrival), no discounts were provided.
Different apartment than booked, chaos in accommodation, very nice ladies despite the confusion.
