I liked everything, next time I would like to stay here again
Not far from the center, the room corresponds to the photo from the site. Hot water is constant, we were lucky with electricity, the light was not turned off (I think because the center). The hostess is nice, told about interesting places in the city.
Television is paid. There was nothing to watch for free. In principle, now everything is in phones, Wi-Fi is good. Also, you can hear the neighbors opening their doors. At first, I thought that we were guests)). This is not a negative, just information.

Lovely apartment with free parking

Repair, staff, efficiency, availability of air conditioning.
It is not possible to open the windows, because there is a hookah bar under the windows and all the smoke is drawn into the room, and there is a large avenue nearby, the noise of which can be heard even with the windows closed. The entrance door is very poorly soundproofed. You can hear everything that happens in the entrance, sometimes it seems that right in your hallway. The apartment is on the ground floor, and it's time to replace the blinds. There are no normal curtains to cover the windows. Walking in shorts will not work, everything is visible on the street. ))) I didn't find a single tea bag or sugar anywhere in the kitchen. Settling down for 1 night, I see no reason to buy sugar and tea in the store, so that I can throw it away later.

I really liked the accommodation, it's even a pity that I spent only one night here. Everything is clean, tidy, everything is there! Not far from the center, quiet and comfortable. I will definitely recommend it to my friends, I will come myself. Thanks!

We stayed for two nights in an apartment at st. Patorzhinsky 17. The location is quite convenient. Many sights and museums (artistic, historical) within walking distance. Walk 15-20 minutes to the embankment. I liked that the yard is closed. You can safely park your car.
The musty smell in the vestibule in front of the apartment, which was felt in the apartment itself.

I liked everything very much. Everything was clean and in working order. Comfortable bed (the mattress is very comfortable). Nice renovation. The towels are soft and look like new. There are dishes. It was nice to be.
There was a very strong smell of dampness in the entrance and in the partition. It was barely noticeable in the apartment, but it was.

Cleanliness, comfort, availability of everything you need, as everything was stated! Very nice hostess! Parking !!! Checked in ahead of time at no extra charge! Overall, the impression of the stay is good! I will come next time! Maybe I'll order a comfort apartment, which is in black and white on the photo!))) It is more modern!))))
Great audibility! Neighborhood with the dog through the wall! It is very audible when neighbors opened and closed the iron doors with keys !!! It's cool in the apartment, but the heater solved the problem. There is an air conditioner, but very loud, they could not use it!

Hang curtains, repair furniture, or better yet, throw it all away and buy a new one. Make sure that the doors do not creak horribly into the bathroom. The audibility of the neighbors is such that you can communicate with them through the wall. Open the batteries, and even with one portable heater, even at plus 5 on the street, it's cold in the apartment. Or put an autonomous heater.

Very cool cozy apartment with everything you need. Newly renovated, closed courtyard, everything is very cool.
The first night was cool - I had to turn on the heater + neighbors are very audible from all sides, it is better to take earplugs with you - they will not be superfluous :)

Nice apartment almost in the center
Very good hosts: they answer quickly, they go to the meeting. Excellent welcome. The location is excellent - almost in the very center, it is nice and pleasant to walk. A seven-minute walk to Silpo. The apartment is warm and comfortable, it has everything you need. Ground floor apartment: convenient for people with low mobility.
The apartment is small, ideal for one or two people. For this price, I do not see any particular disadvantages. Only a few neighbors can be heard at the entrance, but this does not interfere.

I didn’t like that there were no products that I needed. Salt, sugar, flour ... We can't buy a whole pack, that's a lot. There was no drinking water, I had to buy it three times ... not very convenient

Nice apartment, but in moments needs attention
Booked the night before check in. Promptly confirmed, in the morning on the day of settlement, a very polite girl called, told how to get there, about the conditions. In terms of communication 10/10, it’s great that the owner didn’t just unsubscribe in the chat, but they dialed, talked with their voice - it’s nice. The apartment was cleaned, the dishes were clean, fresh bed linen, the bathroom was clean, there was no dust. The apartment has everything: a hairdryer, an iron, a microwave, a lot of dishes (we even managed to cook dinner), a TV works, there were also towels. Comfortable bed - slept like babies. The windows overlook the courtyard, cozy. Upon arrival, a girl met us near the house, patiently waited until we found a place where to park, settled, told everything, also super. There is parking in the yard, the yard is closed with gates that only the residents of the house open, which is also a huge plus, since we arrived by car and were worried about where we would leave it. The location of the fire - we lived on Patorzhinsky (the apartment is NOT in lilac tones, but the second one), the very center, we reached Yekaterinoslav Boulevard in 7 minutes. There is a small grocery store nearby. I was also pleased that during the eviction the girl patiently waited for us - we were a little late and lingered, the girl did not enter the apartment without us, she waited for us to change clothes and pick up our things. It's nice that such a human attitude towards guests.
The apartment needs attention in terms of minor repairs. The bathroom door creaks a lot. It is also likely that some of the previous tenants smoked, because. there is a distant smell of tobacco in the apartment, and the windows do not open completely (maybe not everyone will hear, but I am very sensitive to smells). The vestibule smells of dampness, but this smell did not make its way into the apartment. Keep in mind that there are few sockets in the apartment - and those are far from the bed :)) one in the corridor and two not occupied closer to the kitchen behind the TV. The socket at the head of the bed did not work. I think if these minor flaws are corrected, it will be an absolutely wonderful apartment. The walls are thin, we heard how the neighbors child studied the song and taught the dog commands :) So you won’t be able to make noise in this apartment :)

The apartment is great. On the first floor. There was no smell of tobacco, which everyone complained about (apparently this is a different apartment). The colorimeter was turned on when we drove in; not cold, but not hot either. Hot water was from a boiler. Reading bed, slippers, toilet paper, liquid hand soap, towels, refrigerator, kettle, microwave oven, dishes - everything was present. TV worked, WiFi too. Located near the center, down the Silpo street, up - ATB. Nearby tram and minibuses.
The walls in the apartment are quite thin, you can hear the neighbors quite well, and, accordingly, you will also be heard well. The water from the tap is terribly cloudy, they did not dare to drink it. Bought at the supermarket. The lid on the kettle is broken. The socket at the head of the bed does not work.

The location is perfect, almost close to the city center. Near a grocery store, cafes, attractions and everywhere you can walk, you do not have to use public transport. 15 minutes from the airport by taxi. The hostess is customer-oriented, responsive, helped with the transfer from the airport, and also offered a solution in case of force majeure. Recommend!

Great place to stay, good location of the room. The apartment is warm, clean with all the necessary amenities. The owner is an extremely friendly person who answered all questions instantly. The latter happened very quickly.

'All inclusive' for a reasonable price.
Excellent conditions. Everything you need is available (heating, refrigerator, electric kettle, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, microwave oven, Wi-fi, dishes, bath accessories). In general, you can ride "lightly". Cleanliness and comfort. Hospitable hostess. Possibility of check-in at a later time of the day. I definitely recommend it. Dormitory area. Comfort. Possibility of booking without prepayment. Availability of settlement documents for business travelers.

The apartment is in the center, you can smoke right in the bed 🙄😬, judging by the smell that literally soaked the walls.
We do not smoke, it stank wildly for all 2 days, despite the fact that the balcony was open and a draft was walking around the apartment. We left the windows like that for the whole day while walking around the city. Did not help. Ahhh, and yes, the pictures to put it mildly do not correspond to reality. We got the most terrible apartment with old carpets, furniture and a TV from the 2000s 🤟🏻🤦♂️ It didn’t spoil our vacation much, and I don’t like leaving bad reviews at all, but it was the bottom, friends. Think a few times, call the hostess and ask in which apartments you will be accommodated.

Very nice apartment for 1-2 people. Everything you need is in stock. The internet is good. The center can be reached on foot in 20 minutes. During the stay, the internet router gave out a ghost, a replacement was immediately arranged, the hostess really took care of it and was very helpful.
There are no restaurants in the area.

Convenient location, the waterfront can be reached on foot. Tram stop 2 minutes. The apartment is good. Quiet, we didn't hear the neighbors. There is a balcony (convenient if you smoke). Bed linen and towels are clean. Check-in and check-out were very easy and quick.

We checked in late, but we were greeted without any comments, very friendly and helpful hostess, the apartment is excellent, everything you need and maximum comfort, and most importantly, clean and well-groomed. Everything is in the center, close to the embankment, shops and shopping centers are nearby, very convenient with parking, no need to toil where to put the car overnight! In general, I liked everything very much, we will come again! By the way, we also moved out by agreement, we are grateful for your understanding!

Wonderful bright apartment on Gogol street. Quiet house, quiet courtyard a stone's throw from the central street Yavornitskogo. Very clean, there is a kitchen with everything you need (and even a washing machine). Cheerful color of the walls)))

If it comes to these parts, first of all I will consider the same option.
The location is ideal for travel purposes. The apartment is spacious but comfortable - it was a pleasure to be. Wi-Fi did not cause any complaints, all declared conveniences correspond to the description.
In general, everything is fine, but it would not hurt a bedside table in the hallway and a small coffee table in the laptop room closer to the outlet.

Small apartment with everything you need in a convenient location for a small price. Ideal for a business trip.
In terms of price-quality-location - everything is excellent. Convenient parking space in a closed yard, clean entrance. The process of getting the keys and returning them is simple and hassle-free. Courteous and helpful staff. I think this is ideal for business travelers for 1-2 days. All the necessary household appliances were there, dishes too, only a frying pan would not have been in the way.
Before checking in, you need to understand a small feature: wardrobes and bedside tables are in short supply, especially in the cold season. There is one wardrobe in the hallway, but for exactly 2-3 jackets. Things will have to be kept in a suitcase. I think for a business trip of 1-2 people for 1-2 days, this is quite normal. We almost didn’t expect it, but that’s not a big problem. It is felt that people smoked there, but this, again, is not a question for the owners.

Clean, comfortable apartments with all conveniences, renovation and new comfortable furniture. Convenient location of the apartments in the city center. Very nice and polite hostess. We lived in early November, the apartment is warm, which made me happy. At the address Gogol, 6 - closed courtyard. Very convenient for those who drive their own car. I liked everything, I recommend both the accommodation and the owners.
There were not enough towels for 3 people. But I think this issue could be resolved with the hostess. We got by. The mattress on the double bed is very soft, not for everybody. I didn’t like it, my son, on the contrary, liked it.
