I'm happy with my stay, I'll be back!
I want to thank the wonderful hostess. Thank you for the warm welcome. You are incredibly clean, cozy and comfortable. There were no problems during the stay. The room is clean from the word VERY CLEAN!!! (and I am very picky about cleanliness). Several friends have already asked for a link, and I am happy to advise this sadyba) We will be back!)))
there was no such thing. the road to the ski lifts is impossible for pedestrians) but this is rather not about the object, but about the Bukovel resort itself)

Perfect cleanliness, comfortable and spacious rooms, comfortable beds with new linens, a sterile kitchen with everything you need for cooking and eating, parking in the hotel courtyard. And the most important thing is the courtesy and hospitality of the owners, who are ready to share and help in any matter. Very hospitable hosts, they will always prompt and help. The room is clean, warm floor in the bathroom, fresh renovation. It takes 5-10 minutes to get to the lift by car, there is parking in the yard, for this price it is a good option.
Who wrote about the noise, if the neighbors are adequate, then there are no problems. And you need to consider that this is still a guest house and you live with the owners. The doors to the room with glass inserts, with sound insulation, of course, are not very good, but this is a problem for many houses. You can get on the water with a smell, also a common problem. The kitchen is shared by the whole house.

Friendly hosts, everything is very clean, its own parking lot, 5 minutes to the 7th ski lift. ride. The bathroom has underfloor heating, a hot heated towel rail, i.e. ski equipment, it has time to dry overnight. Within a radius of 100m, there are three restaurants (at hotels), prices and menus are about the same, the average bill is 300-600 UAH. supermarket is also within walking distance. For beginners, in a 3-minute walk there is a training hill with an instructor and equipment 700 UAH, more than two times cheaper than in Bukovel.
When choosing a GRAY House, you must understand that you will live with the owners together, a kitchen-refrigerator-kettle, common to all the inhabitants of the house. When booking, highly recommend making sure you don't get put in the 3rd room! Otherwise you are guaranteed HELL!!! The owners lease part of the first floor to the Nova Poshta branch. From 9 am to 20:00 the room shudders from the blows of the closing doors, the screech of the electric saw and the chiseling of the hammer (they dismantle and assemble the crate for skis, etc.)

Price quality
Location right next to the road, in the building of Nova Poshta (they rent part of the house). Because of this, there is no problem explaining to the taxi driver where to go, since everyone knows Novaya Pochta. Also, you don’t need to walk uphill or down from the main road through the mud, since a lot of houses in the district are located on the mountain or on the slope from the main street, and there is often no normal asphalting. The water from the shower does not have an unpleasant smell of hydrogen sulfide (in this region, many guest houses have problems with this). In general, it is clean, the owners try, they make you feel at home.
The bed is hard and creaks very strongly from the slightest movement.

This place exceeded my expectations for its price, in a good way.
Everything is clean, tidy, comfortable, warm, the atmosphere is fully consistent with the description. I would also like to note the hospitality of the owners, very kind and helpful people!
They already wrote about poor noise insulation, but this is a disease of almost all, not expensive hotels, I was ready for this and took earplugs with me, so I slept perfectly.

Accommodation has to be shared with the owners, with all the consequences, they do not give the key to the front door, you have to wake them up in the middle of the night or agree when to return, the doors to the rooms are with glass inserts, you can practically see what is happening in the room, audibility is also very strong to understandably, the neighbors opposite woke us up by turning on the light, there is no privacy

Very polite and friendly hosts. Everything in the hotel is sterile, clean, fragrant and smells!
The hotel has the opportunity to prepare your own meals. The hosts provide a spacious and comfortable kitchen. But on vacation, you want to relax and not take your time with cooking, so (IMHO) it would be great if the hotel prepared breakfast and dinner. We went (not far) to nearby cafes. In the hotel itself, they ate their brought food.
