We rented an apartment from Naim for a month. Very convenient location - near a shop, a bus stop, 1 minute to the sea. The views from the windows are stunning, you can hear the sea. In general, everything is very good, you just need to remember that the apartment is suitable for families and children, as there is only one double bed. The second bedroom has two single rooms. And so, everything in the apartment is at a very good and high quality level, everything is new and of high quality.

Perfect location. Access to the sea from the courtyard through a tunnel under the road. "From the elevator to the beach." Free sun loungers and umbrellas on the complex's private beach. On the territory there is a very good swimming pool up to 1.4m deep + 2 slides and a "splash pool" with a depth of 0.4m. Modern apartments equipped with everything you need to stay. Friendly and helpful host who is ready to resolve any issues online. P.S. Our bathroom faucet was leaking, it was removed in 15 minutes.

A beautiful view from the window to the sea (the view of the pool is indicated, but since the pool is below, and this is actually the 4th floor, it actually opens up a view of the sea). Nice furniture, furnishings, clean, beautiful apartments, which are pleasant to stay in. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay: washing machine, dishwasher, ironing facilities, etc. Bed linen and towels are also there, they did not pay extra for them separately. It was already cold to swim in the outdoor pool (November), but in the indoor pool it is very good (sauna, jacuzzi). And of course the first line to the beach. We were very satisfied!

Mahmutlar is a very quiet area, especially for families and the apartment is located just fine! It takes 5 minutes to walk to the bus stop, and you can safely get to Alanya, hang out where it is noisy and entertaining, then return again to the atmosphere of tranquility and beautiful sunsets without leaving the apartment. Everything is perfect ! From the apartment to the location of the house. Very nice and caring owner! There are: slides, sauna, barbecue, swimming pool, own entrance to the beach. We had a lot of rest, we will definitely come back
