The house was cozy, clean, it was beautiful and everything you need, in principle, is there. But keep in mind that this is not a hotel, you will have to buy something, for example, dishwashing detergent, etc.). The view from the house is very beautiful, the territory is also cozy, there is a brazier. There are batteries at home, a huge plus for winter. There is a fireplace that you can kindle, which is of course wow. I am generally squeamish, but I felt comfortable in this house and probably I would return again. The price is very good for such a house.

The view from the terrace is simply divine. Cozy apartments. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking. We were met by a nice Russian-speaking girl. We were delighted with the stay, it's a pity that only one day. If we come again, then only here.

The accommodation is exceptional, combining modernity and antiquity. The location is away from Kas which gives you a great view of Kas and the sea. We stayed on the 2nd floor of the villa, top floor with 1 large balcony and terrace with hammock which is great for relaxing. Thanks to the staff and management. Rested for 2 days. it is desirable to have your own car.

The villa is located simply chic - from the terrace of the room offers a magnificent view of the sea and the city. It is difficult to get there on foot - you need to climb a rather steep mountain, but if you are by car - no problem.

the hosts are just wonderful, they answer all questions, they are very hospitable and always in touch. the location is cool because there is a free beach nearby with good entry into the water, which is a rarity for Kas. a house with its own kitchen, a common area by the pool and a beautiful view of the sunset is just top. in general, we were very pleased with our stay in Kas and that we did not miss our accommodation. We recommend to everyone!

We are spending our honeymoon in Turkey and this is the best place we have been in the last week) We drove by car from Pamukkale at night, who knows the traffic in Turkey, he will understand what it is))) arrived at exactly 12, Anna waited for us, met us, showed us the number, after turning on the air conditioner there, lovely)) The next day we registered, Anna told us what to look for in the city, in general, she made us our day, thank you very much! The room has everything you need, very comfortable, the sea view is lovely. And at night this view of the stars is mesmerizing. We even wanted to stay for another day, but the Villa is so popular that our room has already been booked. We will come back again, we recommend!

A very cool place, cleanliness, the territory is beautiful and well-groomed, the beach is very close (take slippers for swimming, there are pebbles), 20 minutes walk to Kas is also quite realistic. If there were any questions - the hostess Anna answered in detail, brought fruits from the city, the attitude towards the guests is super! We really liked it if we decided to return to Kas - only here!

Very cozy villa! View from our bedroom to the stunning bay and Marina in Kas. The villa is equipped with everything you need: washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine and all the necessary utensils for cooking. We also enjoyed a barbecue in the common area. Sea and city views. Very friendly hostess! Clean territory! Super comfy bed! Unrealistic! We changed 5 hotels during the whole trip and this is the best bed! The kitchen has all the necessary devices, even a piece for sandwiches. The hotel is great! It is not in the center, but we were in a car and it was even better for us, there were no problems with parking and these sunsets .... dinner in the gazebo ... we will come back to you!

An excellent family hotel (there are separate houses with a terrace and the second floor of a large house), we lived in a separate house. Huge bed, functional kitchen (it is convenient that there is a washing machine). Just a gorgeous view from the terrace where we had breakfast and dinner. Huge apartment with kitchen-living room and three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have access to a gorgeous terrace overlooking the city of Kas and the sunset sea! I've been a lot, but I've never received such a stunning view for a reasonable fee! The apartment is cozy. The hosts are very nice. There is a parking lot. The town is 5 minutes by car. I recommend with all my heart.

The pool is also very comfortable and is located with great views of the sea and mountains. We lived in an apartment with 3 bedrooms - everything is great, there is a place for everyone, 2 bathrooms, a dishwasher and a washing machine, necessary utensils, a large refrigerator, snow-white linen and towels. Clean enough. The hostess from Ukraine will tell you everything and help with all questions. Another big plus - the beach is nearby (10 minutes walk). In the town, the beaches are rocky, with a pontoon, here - with a gentle entry into the water. I also note that the apartments are located outside the city and it is better to be with a car, although taxis are also very available. Thanks to this, there is a peaceful silence and incredible sunsets. The evening town of Kas is very fabulous. I recommend Kas and these apartments. Now this is my mustvisit place

We rested in a group of 5 people. The villa is located about 2 km from the city of Kas, away from the nightlife and loud music. They lived on the second floor in a three-room suite. The rooms are clean and bright, with wooden furniture, parquet floors and air conditioning. The kitchen is spacious and comfortable, with the necessary dishes and access to the terrace. The terrace offers a beautiful view. The room was comfortable for 5-6 people. There were no complaints about the quality of WiFi. Hot water was provided around the clock. I was pleased with the presence of salt and spices. Big fridge! The kitchen lacked only a ladle and a pair of deep bowls :). For trips to Kash for entertainment and food, the presence of a car will be desirable. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the nearest beach, and the water in the sea is 2-3 degrees cooler than the average on the coast. But if you sail away from the shore, the water becomes warmer. Thank you for the warm welcome, the time well spent and the useful advice of the hostess Anna, who, by the way, speaks Ukrainian fluently :) I recommend the villa for a relaxing family vacation.
