An amazing place that delights from the first moment! I want to come back here again and again.

Simple apartment with a large room and great views of the sea, islands and pool. The lovingly designed room was equipped with a filled fridge and fruit to choose from. Good turkish breakfast. Pool also very nice. Easy to reach by car with parking in front of the door. We would have liked to have stayed longer.

Unlike large impersonal complexes, the hotel is a very charming little hotel run by a dedicated, efficient and friendly team. It overlooks the sea and offers a magnificent view. The hotel restaurant is very good. In short, an idyllic stay.

It's too bad that out of a month spent in Turkey, we spent only 3 nights in this hotel!) And the staff, and the hotel, and the place where it is located, everything deserves to fall in love with them and come back here to relax the soul and body! The hotel is located in terraces on a rocky shore, with its own swimming pool, restaurant, where you will be served breakfast, lunch and dinner, like family. On the ladders you can go down to the sea on your pontoon and swim in the cleanest sea, almost alone. From the room - a gorgeous view of the sea and the Greek island of Kastellorizo. And the daily cleaning of the room, including the construction of swans from towels strewn with lotus petals, is something!

This was our second stay at this property. We must believe that we particularly appreciate it. The staff is very pleasant, and the food is of high quality. Perfect for a relaxing stay. We really enjoyed the Aegean Sea. The town itself is pleasant and restaurants abound. We will probably come back to it again.

Stunning view from the window (from the balcony), clear sea, excellent breakfasts, we also had dinner at the hotel on our balcony, you can order dinner in your room, cleanliness and friendly staff, we stay for the third time, I recommend a day trip on a small boat, departure from the main promenade the town of Kas is usually at 10 am, you need to book a day in advance.

Very nice staff, many speak Russian. Daily cleaning. There are 2 Russian channels. Spacious balcony. Beautiful sea view. Fresh renovation in the bathroom. Breakfast is a buffet, but the composition is like ordinary Turkish, from hot only scrambled eggs, from meat only sausages to order.

What can I say ... It's hard to imagine a better location. The hotel is located on the Chukurbag peninsula and has its own descent into the water. The sea is deep, clean and warm. Lots of fish in the water in the morning. There is also a swimming pool. The hotel is small, so there is enough space for everyone on sunbeds and in cabanas. I want to take pictures of the views from the window every minute. The hotel itself is chamber, very calm. Breakfast is not the most varied and the same every day, however, all products are fresh. A lot of fruits. Pretty good coffee for a hotel. The staff is very responsive, no problems arose. If this is important for someone, then several hotel employees speak decent Russian. We hope we can return to this hotel.

Spacious room, clean. Not the very first freshness, but very well cleaned. Excellent location of the hotel itself. Delicious a la cart dinner in the evening, lunch in the afternoon. Breakfast is poor, but it's ok to eat for a couple of days. Stunning view from the restaurant, from the terraces to the Greek island of Meis. Swimming pool, well-groomed area around. The beach is a platform from which to jump or go down the stairs, but this is standard for the peninsula in Kas - the terrain features. For the price it's a great option.

We were looking for a small adult only hotel with its own access to the sea and in silence, the presence of a restaurant in the hotel was a must. I want to note that the hotel fully met and exceeded our expectations! It's easy to get to Kas city center by taxi, but you don't really need to do it, as the hotel has everything you need. Very kind, helpful staff, absolutely all the dishes in the restaurant (and we tried quite a few in 2 weeks) were superbly cooked, the glasses were never empty. The room was always well cleaned. The hotel has a small library with books for every taste, an excellent descent to the sea (if it’s hard for you to climb, it will be difficult in the heat), an excellent pool, only 17 rooms: there are always few people in the restaurant and by the pool, you will be in solitude . Great views from the rooms and you can watch the sunset while dining in the restaurant. Everything from the booked airport transfer to the return transfer and accommodation was excellent! Highly recommend this hotel!

The location is really very nice. The sea is accessible via a small jetty. Completely adequate. There were enough loungers distributed throughout the complex. Absolutely ok for the size of the hotel. We were kind enough to get an upgrade right away and were able to go to the Island 2 rooms with a full sea view and a small private pool. The staff was always ready and very courteous, although partly very inexperienced and uncoordinated. The food was delicious and affordable. We could use the minibar in the room free of charge. There was also a welcome bottle of wine.

Stunning view from the balcony with table and chairs. Sunsets are great. Even in winter (January) you could swim in the pool. The breakfasts are good. The descent to the hotel from the highway is very steep, but nothing, Renault Clio pulled back up the mountain calmly.

Very friendly attitude, thanks to the administrator for this, you feel comfortable. Welcome wine, fruit, water - it's super cool. Willingness to provide tea, water, coffee, free mini bar, helped with all questions that were. Clean, bathrobes, slippers, there are all hygiene and sanitary supplies. Wi-fi reaches the rooms and the pool. Nice view and sunsets. There is a descent to the sea, but there is no beach as such, just a descent into the water from the stairs, nevertheless, you can swim in the sea, without the risk of sorting out the rock in good weather. The pool is great, clean, spacious, there are sunbeds and umbrellas.

The hotel is on an almost steep slope. 130 steps down - and you are in deep clean warm water almost on the open sea. Wonderful panorama of the sea and nearby islands. Not very big, but nice swimming pool from which there is also a great open panorama. Responsive staff. Excellent breakfasts, and whoever did not like it - just need to say - what you want and you will like it. The restaurant serves excellent seafood.

We had the Corner Suite. This is a large room, 52 m2 from each window with a view of the sea. The place, of course, is very impressive, almost on the rocks. There are pluses and minuses. The breakfasts were very varied and of good quality. The hotel restaurant is good but not great. The staff at the restaurant are great. The obvious lack of parking spaces, although we had no problems. Some parts of the hotel are in need of renovation and refurbishment. Generally good. Everything redeems the location of the hotel and the view from the windows. You can swim in the sea from the platform near the rocks below, but there is also a pool. Recommended.

The disadvantages of the hotel, or rather, small nuances in cleaning, repair, have already been written in previous reviews, and the hotel administration knows about them. But all of them are covered by a gorgeous view of the sea, the Greek island and the wonderful atmosphere in the hotel during the holidays! I am amazed by the reviews of people who book a hotel on the very cape of the peninsula, 5 km from the mainland line, on a rock, and then they are surprised that there is no sand and a smooth descent into the water!)) The open sea, with crystal clear blue water, is the main plus of the location this hotel! Those who swam in the sea, going down the stairs or diving from the board of the yacht, will understand me ... By the way, even Wi-Fi works on the beach.) About the friendly atmosphere: we were allowed early check-in and late check-out, for which many thanks! We already booked a super-room with a terrace and a private pool, but we upgraded it to a super-super island room, in which a compliment from the hotel was waiting for us in the form of a fruit basket and a bottle of wine, for which thanks again! Any request, any wish immediately found a solution. About the restaurant: yes, it is not cheap, but the quality, presentation and serving (even the beautiful serving of a plentiful breakfast, which was enough until dinner)), the taste of the dishes are wonderful! Own access to the water (not for bad swimmers and people who are afraid of wide / deep water), but for us an absolute highlight! Fantastic view of the sea and Meis. The hotel staff is very calm and pleasant, The rooms are large and beautiful, The general cleanliness of all areas, the hotel owner is polite, The property is large for not many rooms.

It has its own beach platform with gazebos and sun loungers, the pool area is very beautifully decorated. The sea is clean, blue-blue. We were upgraded to a corner suite, for which many thanks. The room is huge, bright, the balcony offers stunning views of the sea and the islands. Views are generally the hallmark of this hotel. Breakfast is now served, a lot of food, everything is fresh and tasty. Upon request, eggs can be fried or scrambled eggs can be made. Every day they put a large bottle of water in the room for free. Has its own parking. Upon arrival, the hotel made a pleasant compliment - a bottle of wine and a plate of fruit. There were flower petals on the bed - nice and pleasant. The staff is polite and unobtrusive. There are bookshelves in the lobby. Quiet, calm, very beautiful - ideal for a secluded holiday

Richly laid breakfast table with omelettes, scrambled eggs, menemen (Turkish scrambled eggs) on request. The facility is large enough, there was always a place by the pool and by the sea. The rooms are really spacious. The water pressure in the shower was impressive :) The guys from the breakfast service were very welcoming.

We got to BBQ night. It was impossible to eat everything. European good breakfast. On the hotel balcony you could splash in your own Jacuzzi. Kas is a very interesting place, definitely recommend to visit. From the hotel to the center of Kas you need to get by car, it will be far on foot.

Very friendly staff, there is parking, the most delicious breakfasts of all the places we have been in Turkey !!! very tasty food in the restaurant for lunch and dinner, you don’t have to go to the city. Also, our room was decorated with flowers, a bottle of wine was a compliment, which could not but rejoice. Beautiful views wherever you look, but in Kas everywhere is beautiful. There is a beach at the hotel, but there were waves and we swam in the pool.

This is just a heavenly place in which absolutely everything was loved. The hotel is located on a rock - stairs descend directly to the sea with crystal clear water. The hotel is 14+ because the depth of 5 meters is immediately near the shore. Children will not be able to play there. The room has a private pool and a terrace overlooking the sea and the islands - just amazing! A chic breakfast with a large kettle of brewed coffee (unique in Turkey). Cooked fruit and a fridge with drinks were waiting in the room. It has its own free parking and a good restaurant. Words cannot express the delight that we experienced from this hotel.

At the beginning of the peninsula there is an amphitheater, you can walk there from the hotel and watch the sunset. and in general the hotel is located in such a way that right in the hotel on the one hand you can meet the dawn, and on the other a beautiful sunset. from here it is convenient to go to the Lycian Worlds, Oludeniz, Saklikent, to the sunken ancient city of Kekova, and you should definitely go to Patara, the largest dune in Turkey and the ancient city of the same name. It's better to just stay in a hotel, swim in the sea and pools and enjoy the views.

The hotel is small, located on the very edge of the Kas peninsula. The nearest market shop is 2 km from the hotel. The rest of the infrastructure is in the city of Kas, 10 minutes by car. If tourists are without a car, then this can be inconvenient. There were no such problems with the car. Otherwise, the hotel is excellent. Very helpful staff, great restaurant, amazing view. For a secluded vacation for a few days, that's it)

everyone in the reviews is so frightening with these stairs to the sea, I don’t see any reason to worry at all, absolutely normal stairs, well, yes, these are physical activities, but it’s not scary. A complimentary bottle of Turkish wine. The window overlooks the sea, the sunsets are gorgeous, I liked the location of the hotel, peace and quiet.

We were at the hotel from 14.09 to 16.09. Hotel Magnificent. The staff is friendly, they respond to all requests - help with parking, etc. Dinners at the restaurant at the highest level - serving dishes and decent service. Breakfast is simple, scrambled eggs, fruits, cheese, vegetables, coffee is natural, but satisfying. The chef cooks excellent (dinners). with any requests they turned to Ibraim and Refat - they speak Russian well. The hotel is located in a beautiful place, 140 steps to the sea are not scary, I think this is good for the buttocks. The rooms are large, the bed is comfortable, the sea view is just brilliant. I didn't find any cons in the hotel. All great fellows. Would like to return again.

Not a bad hotel for the money, has its own beach, parking, restaurant. On the beach issue a special. Beach towels. Free water and iced tea in a can. The breakfasts are good. Great view from room 203 and there is a mosquito net on the window. The staff responds quickly to all requests.

In the future I will visit this hotel again for sure. We have felt really comfortable and peaceful due to the good service.
