The location is excellent and the staff is very polite and welcoming. They all speak English, and some of them spoke Arabic fluently. The hotel is new and clean.

A wonderful and enjoyable stay
Excellent, and I recommend it as a quiet and elegant place. If I return to Sapanca, I will pay for it again. Their breakfast is delicious, the atmosphere and the view are sweet, and the hotel is clean.

Nice stay for hook visits.

I booked it 3 times Newly opened five star hotel The staff at the reception are very helpful The place is calm and relaxing The lobby offers you free drinks and great hospitality most of the time I unintentionally caused damage to one of the facilities, but the hotel manager welcomed it and informed me of the repair without charge and understood the situation Although there is a distance of no less than 10 minutes to the center of Sapanca, I advise you strongly 10/10

The staff are friendly and the reception is wonderful. They received us with Arabic coffee, dates and fresh lemon juice. The rooms are very comfortable and have Netflix. The bathroom has a shower for cleanliness and the breakfast is delicious. The restaurant is on the fourth floor. Their food is delicious and their prices are excellent.
