beautiful stylish hotel with unfortunate location
nice clean room with two bedrooms. very friendly staff. good restaurant right in front of the hotel.
the hotel is located in a sense on the outskirts of Kalkan, so the road under the windows is used by construction equipment non-stop. Concrete mixers and trucks start driving at exactly 7 am with a frequency of once every 3-5 minutes, it is impossible to sleep and it is unrealistic to use the pool. the road passes exactly at the hotel, there is not even a sidewalk on this side of the road. perhaps by the summer season the situation will change, and trucks will be sent to a detour. In general, the slopes around Kalkan are now a huge construction site ..

beautiful, stylish, great service
this is the best hotel in terms of service! Croup happened to the child at night. called an ambulance. the employee was with us all the time. waiting for us from the hospital at night. He apologized for not being able to go to the hospital with us. They extended our checkout by 3 hours. In the morning they asked how things were going. They called to find out about the nebulizer, ordered delivery to the hotel, and, attention! Paid for it as we didn't have cash. this is the best hotel. the best people! just wonderful!

The best hotel in Kalkan!
This is currently the best and favorite hotel for me and my family! He is just so amazing - there are no words! I rested there in June and booked again for August, and when I stay in Kalkan - only the Payava hotel))) It is the best! The staff are the nicest people, very "friendly") Breakfasts are just a work of art! On high! The pool is amazing) in general, everything in the hotel deserves an excellent rating! Thanks a lot! Small gifts - shopping bag, soap - cute and nice! Next time we will also come with gifts)))
The only thing I can pay attention to is the door to the toilet))) it is transparent, if you want to visit at night, then the light can interfere with the satellites, the door does not close and the soundproofing in the bathroom is not very good, alas ... It may be for someone important! Thanks

hotel for stopover, not for rest
comfortable hotel, well decorated, good breakfast and parking, but mixed value for money.
room with sea view finally partially. And the suite on the first floor with a pool view: sun loungers are glued to the bay windows and people sit on these sun loungers, so the view of your room: you are in the window. A hotel with bars opposite, music and especially the TV with a football game on full blast, it's impossible to leave the bay window open and enjoy the balcony.

good place away from the hustle and bustle
small but very tasty and aesthetic breakfast, which has everything you need. The staff is beyond praise - very responsive and welcoming! sea water swimming pool
poorly regulated air conditioner - very noisy and blowing very strongly, in fact it did not decrease :(

Nice hotel recommended
First of all, it was a clean and nice hotel - it makes you feel at home. The staff are nice and helpful at all times. The breakfast is incredibly delicious, varied and is continuously replenished. We loved staying here.

I liked everything very much❤️ delicious breakfast, large swimming pool with customer care - sunscreens of any level of protection,
The design of the room and the hotel itself, a cool shower room, good cosmetics, comfortable mattresses and pillows. the kids slept on the pull out couch - it was very comfortable - like a full bed.

The overall impression is pleasant, but there was a misunderstanding upon check-in. In the photo in Booking we booked a deluxe room, and
1. beautiful interior 2. delicious breakfasts
1. for 3 days of stay, towels were never replaced in the room, 2. and never cleaned the room

Beautiful hotel, impeccable service and environment
A very nice hotel, on a street a little away from the center, but which has a few restaurants and shops. Free parking, local library, excellent breakfast. An ideal place even for a short stay in the middle of winter.

Perfect hotel
The perfect hotel with everything thought of. Delicious breakfasts, the nicest staff, amazing view from the room, heated pool, private parking, etc.
A bit far from the beaches and the old town, but if you have a car, it's OK - 5 minutes drive.

great hotel for 3-4 days
very well thought out hotel. stylish rooms, balconies, spacious wardrobes, excellent bathroom, very good shower, comfortable mattress and nice bed linen. the entrance door is massive, with a seal, the sound insulation is good. convenient parking. breakfast is good, though there are no hot dishes (at least an egg 😊)

All! The breakfasts are super, the room is beautiful and quite large, there is a balcony, everything is done for a day of camphor stay!
Well, I would like to be closer to the center, but we knew that we were bronzed❤️

Delight! Modern hotel with great service
We had a spacious room with private access to the pool. The design is modern, the room is cozy and clean. Very well organized - everything seems to be in its place! The breakfasts are amazing - lots of choice and sooooo tasty. Signature cocktails in the bar did not disappoint either. The location is good - close to the beaches. And although it may seem that it is far from the city center, we liked the place - it is beautiful, and there is a shop and cozy restaurants nearby, which I also recommend visiting. To go to the beach or for the pool, you can take large beach towels. The rooms had bathrobes and slippers. We were pleased with the comfortable beach bags that the hotel gives to its guests. The staff is very responsive and friendly. When we left, they gave us a nice little gift. Good parking in the back of the hotel.

Perfect
New stylish hotel. The person is very friendly, however, like everywhere else in Kalkan.
Noisy. The hotel is on a small road. The air conditioner somehow did not blow very well, could not be adjusted. Everything else is fine.

Everything was amazing. From the first minute of being at the hotel, seeing the staff, we realized that the rest would be at the highest level. Great friendly helpful staff. Very nice, modern rooms, lovely large balcony. There is a lot of space in the room, as well as beautiful decor elements. Delicious breakfasts, something new every day. In the city's establishments, the price tag is rather high, so we were very happy when we learned that in our hotel, after lunch, a Tea Party (30 liras per person) is organized every day, where you can have a good and tasty meal. Great atmosphere and common areas in the hotel, nice pool and area around it. Recommended!
It was necessary to wash our things, we were sent to an incomprehensible room, where we had to wait for the washing machines to reach and do everything ourselves: pour the powder, deal with the washing machine and modes in Turkish :). It is normal that the hotel does not have a laundry service, but this process can be improved by simply inviting guests to leave the linen in the room and take it to wash themselves (available for an additional price). If possible, it would be nice to organize a transfer from the hotel to / from the beach (it is possible for an additional price).

clean, comfortable, bright rooms, delicious breakfasts with lots of vegetables and fruits very comfortable bed with lots of pillows (I love this very much), balcony overlooking the sea, nice pool, own parking

Exceptional
Wonderful place! Stayed for a while, but definitely have to come back! The hotel is new and tastefully furnished. Great views of the town and the bay. Everyone is very helpful and welcoming. Enjoyed the breakfast!
