Liked the room, clean and comfortable.
the floor was turned on, and it warmed like in a bath. In the cold season, I think it's fine, but not in the warm season.

For just sleeping that's enough if you expect more, don't book it!
Location was fine. It is about 5 minutes away from Taksim Square. fresh linen and towels every day
You can hear everything the guests are doing under or above you... if you're unlucky and there are loud people then you don't get much sleep and get annoyed very quickly...

Istanbul is and remains our favorite city, but the hotel was an absolute no-go.
The only thing we liked that the accommodation was clean. That's it.
There were prostitutes everywhere. So you can also imagine what kind of strange characters (customers) were running around there. The accommodation and everything in the area was used as a sex accommodation. We checked with local residents who advised us to book a hotel on the other side of town. It was bad.

I would prefer it again.
Minimal decoration, clean bathroom without moisture and dirt, comfortable bed and good Wi-Fi. Generally compared to other hotels in the area, it is in very good condition, with photos on Booking that correspond to reality. Hot water with pressure, and the I mention, because it is not a given for the hotels of the city.
The only negative, if you can call it that, is that you need to walk 6-7 minutes to Taksim square, and the stone road, especially if you have a lot of things, is not the best...

Accommodation worth staying once you get used to the location
Quiet alley -> no noise There was a small supermarket within a 2-minute walk There are many restaurants within a 4-minute walk
Noise from the front room is not blocked. The people in the front room were noisy, so it was noisy even at night. There are no people in the alley, but when you pass by, the noise comes in as it is, there are no insect screens. There is no handle on the bathroom door, the bathroom door and the bed are too close The water in the shower does not drain well There were black stains on the bed mattress cover. There is no professionalism of the staff. One time I couldn't understand the behavior of the staff. We walked up the stairs and went down the elevator together without saying anything when we left the dorm while the car was coming towards our dorm. If you had something to tell us, you would have said it... I wonder if you're here to check if we're in the room or not? I don't understand.

The host at the hotel was a young man who helped us a lot, looked after our luggage and was extremely charming!! Helped us find a taxi
The location was relatively close to everything, a 5-minute walk from Taksim square, I'll note that at first the street looked stressful but we felt that way because we arrived at night, after a 3-minute walk you reach the center of things. The guy at the hotel was lovely, it's a 3-star hotel and totally gives the answer you need, especially in Istanbul you can hardly find the room and it's stunning! We had the pleasure of being there, why pay dearly?

The young man at the reception (Ahmed) tries very hard and helps, the rooms are unfortunately dirty, the location is good.
The location is very central in Taksim Square; Visually beautiful and updated hotel; The hotel staff (Ahmed) are very helpful!!
Dirty room, cleaning lady didn't come once for cleaning; check-in was 1.5 hours. delayed; we did not receive the booked room, according to the hotel it was probably a system error

Nice stay to recommend.
Cleaning is done every day, towels are also changed. Friendly helpful and smiling staff. Modern room and quiet area. WiFi is good. Availability of an elevator.

Location
Room cleaning for 5 days was, but only once. The ceiling in our room is completely damp. (There are videos and photos. The baseboards are all damaged. Two days of problems with breakfast.

Great location, everything is within walking distance and yet very quiet. The hosts are very friendly
The hotel has an excellent location. You will immediately find yourself in Taksim Square, but the crowds will not disturb you. This is a small hotel. The hosts are friendly and always there. The rooms match the photos. Simple but great when you want to discover the capital of Istanbul!
What could be better is the hygiene. Our shower drain was clogged so it barely drained. We reported this to the hosts and the issue was resolved immediately. It's definitely not the owners fault. But it was clear that the cleaner didn't like it.

Perfect location, close to shops, transport, restaurants. The rooms are small but very comfortable.

A very good choice, especially for the children at the reception who get on well.
The hotel is located very close to Taksim square, it is recently renovated, very clean and very warm (underfloor heating) and especially the staff is very helpful, kind and very friendly (in most cases plus the last). Very good choice!!
His breakfast is very poor (an already prepared plate with measured items and a cup of coffee, only coffee or Turkish. Neither juice, nor anything else.

Excellent stay! Very clean room!
At a distance of 3 minutes on foot from Taksim Square. It was a clean, new hotel with a few rooms ... very kind and helpful staff. Comfortable mattress.. nice decoration and nice bathroom. Very good value for money.. I would choose it again!

We liked the hotel, everything is new, cozy room, very comfortable beds, beautiful bathroom, the reception staff Samet and Hussein are very helpful and friendly.

Danger! don't let the pictures fool you! Leaving the hotel after a sleepless night!
Judging by the description, I liked the proximity to the center until I saw the location on the spot. This is a place of darkness, so to speak, the dark corners of the district. My wife was very afraid to go to the hotel in the evening.
Got a room in the basement. The room was not cleaned. Cigarette in the toilet, coffee spilled in the bathroom, and there was man hair on the bed! There is no cleaning lady, they cleaned the whole room themselves. It was damn loud, every step, a phone call to hear! Left immediately the next day, the return was rejected! New hotel and we're gone!

Value for money!!
Very good hotel!! The rooms are clean, with perfect beds, soft mattress and quiet area. 10 minutes walk from Taksim Square. It is recommended because at night you rest without the hustle and bustle. What excited me was the willingness of the staff to help me with whatever I needed. Benan, Hussein and Samet are very friendly, kind and I will always remember them!!! They did the best for us. The European breakfast was good, clean kitchen. Worth a visit!!!

I will book next time when I visit Taksim, and the distance is close to Istiklal Street. Nice cozy hotel
Cozy family hotel, very clean and comfortable. Modern rooms, new furniture. Excellent location - close to Taksim Square, from where shuttles depart to S. Gokcen Airport. Near the metro and the main pedestrian street Isteklal.

Location, nice staff, who will always help and orient.
Lack of hooks in the shower room, no heated towel rail, monotonous breakfast. The room is actually smaller than it looks in the photo. The shower/toilet is next to the bed. The door to the shower does not close tightly, so everything that happens inside the room will be heard by the rest of the room :)

Great staff and amazing location
Very convenient location near Taksim Square, from where the HavaBus and HavaIst shuttles go to Istanbul airports, which saves a lot of money on a taxi! New clean rooms and staff who are always ready to help with any of your requests

Dirty room, lots of hair all over the room, even in the bed.
The number does not match the photo. We came to rest, but spent a lot of nerves. Settled in the wrong room, also dirty. They refused to return the money. For breakfast: a piece of cucumber, a piece of cheese, a couple of olives, butter 10g, jam 10g, tea / coffee.

WE FELT LIKE AT HOME
A NEW HOTEL IN A VERY GOOD LOCATION AND WITH A VERY HELPFUL STAFF. THE ROOM IS COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN. GOOD CHOICE FOR A DECENT AND ECONOMICAL ACCOMMODATION.
I PAID MORE MONEY FOR A ROOM WITH A BALCONY WHICH IN THE END WASN'T AVAILABLE AS IT WAS ALREADY BOOKED UPON MY ARRIVAL. MY MONEY WAS NOT REFUNDED EVEN BY BOOKING. IT IS GOOD NOT TO MAKE SUCH MISTAKES.
