Comfortable and pleasant
Very attentive staff, always providing the help we need. A very cozy place, a comfortable and clean room. Well connected, either on foot or by tram.

Repeatedly
The friendliness and hospitality. The location is perfect everything is nearby to enjoy Istanbul. Walking distance from Sishane metro station.

Good hotel to stay.
The breakfast was very good.
Our room was very small and the air conditioner leaked onto the bed. The air conditioner did not turn off completely. With the air conditioner off, you could still hear the ventilation throughout the night. Very unpleasant.

Great location, walking distance to everything!
The location, the quiet area, and the hospitality of the staff.
the continuous smell of sewage in the bathroom. I hope next time I have better luck.
