Fine!
The stay was satisfactory, the staff and service were excellent. Kahit and Onur in the lobby made us feel right at home. What a great hotel! Highly recommended. See you later!

Just disgusting!!!!!
Suite size!!
That visiting the room is prohibited !!!! Reported 3 times that the curtains had fallen and no one took care of it! Sockets not in the wall! Bathtub has yellow stains!! The sofa was covered in white spots!!

Short pleasant stay.
The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
That we have a smoking room although I chose a non-smoking room when booking. With small children, the smell was unbearable.

Recommend this accommodation and will of course visit the hotel again.
Great 👍 everything was great, couldn't get any better than that.
It was a little too hot in the rooms, otherwise everything else was fine.

There was a different price when booking and on the spot it was about 10 euros, but that was not bad.

The room was not clean
The staff were very friendly
The room was dusty and dirty. For example, there is a splash of toothpaste on the mirror.

Where vacation is vacation.
A small technical problem was resolved within minutes with complete satisfaction and once again demonstrated great competence and service awareness. From arrival to departure we felt very good and took care of it. Every morning the breakfast was unforgettable thanks to the rich, varied and sophisticated offerings and, last but not least, the very friendly service staff who made us start the day satisfied and motivated. Small inquiries about room, PC usage, printing, etc. - no problem. When parting, the feeling of leaving friends with confidence will return.
A small technical defect in the bathroom that suddenly made itself felt on the first night. (Flushing began to flow uncontrollably)

Vacation from check-in!
Very nice staff, always ready to please. Excellent breakfast buffet, varied, regional, tasty and fresh. There in good hands, not just on vacation. GRATITUDE!!!

Hospitality at the highest level
Excellent service in all areas of the hotel from very friendly and courteous staff. Rich and varied breakfast buffet. Upon request, in a matter of seconds, a table was set for me on the terrace.
That my stay there was too short 😉
