the hotel room well equipped. the beach is very nice and clean. The facilities around are very good. the mattresses are very comfortable on the pontoon. Breakfast is good . Too bad the pankakes and crepes are extra. (à la carte)

Facility great, staff moderate ....
The room was great!
We paid by card on the first evening, which unfortunately meant that the debit allegedly didn't work. Unfortunately, we had the amount on the bill again when we left, so we paid twice. The transfer to the port cost 100.00 euros. Supposedly we had booked this to the airport. The driver was completely overwhelmed and, after a friendly tip, drove us to the wrong port. After more than an hour with a lot of initiative we were at the right port.

Unfortunately there was no fitness room, the rooms are too small and the wifi and tv worked little or not at all.

All in all a wonderful holiday because we would like to do it again.
Beautiful rooms and wonderfully delicious food that, despite the a la carte restaurants, was almost always cheaper than if we ate outside. In addition, a great, rich breakfast and how incredibly everyone loves animals! We really miss our kittens and two dogs that belong to the hotel!

Paradise vacation
Excellent service, stylish modern interior, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The restaurant deserves hotel praise, everything is very tasty, interesting presentation. Breakfasts are divine! this is the best hotel in Ortakent.

Eye-catching hotel
Very Instagram friendly establishment… and that’s it because you don’t have to dig too much beyond that. It is clearly the most beautiful hotel in the area, it is incomparable with what is around. The restaurant is to be recommended, the pontoon on the beach is nice.
- nice room and comfortable bedding, but much smaller than what the photos suggest. Impossible to put your things in the bathroom for example. - we arrived and had a series of small hiccups (which were all resolved quickly): the air conditioning was not working, the TV either and the shower head was broken. - sewage smells that come up after the shower and stay all night... - non-existent wifi in the room but works everywhere outside. (advice: leave your window open 😉) - the staff only knows 2 words in English whether at the reception or in the restaurant. - very loud and repetitive music, all day long...it's not a quiet place. - very limited instagram breakfast, if you like sweet breakfasts go your way. - on the "beach" side, stray dogs (as everywhere in Bodrum) are particularly present in the restaurant, on the deckchairs, day and night. The pontoon mattress covers are not cleaned and do not inspire confidence. hygiene to review. >>> To conclude, this is not the best part of Bodrum for an international clientele. Rather, it corresponds to a local population. If you compare to other hotels in the area, the value for money is really not good.

nice hotel, great staff, beautiful area, great sea, pier, nice beach, food in the restaurant is not bad we recommend bao ban burger very cool dinners on the pier, delicious, you can feel the level but dinner for two came out with us 7000₽ (2 appetizers, 2 dishes and 2 glasses of wine)

Great hotel by the sea but in the heart of a lively little seaside town

Unbeatable value for money
The hotel is beautiful and very modern. The beds are very comfortable and the room service is impeccable. The staff can't do enough: we were able to book a day boat trip with the help of the front desk staff. In addition, the staff are very understanding and go above and beyond to accommodate customers: I was able to take advantage of the late check out (2 hours later than the scheduled check out time) at no extra charge. The hotel has a swimming pool as well as a beach. The atmosphere is very pleasant (possibility to eat on site, comfortable mattresses, beach towels provided by the hotel, nice background music without too loud music). The breakfast is delicious and not to be missed: a combination of sweet and savory, as well as Turkish and Western dishes. You can also eat at the hotel until the end of the day: the food is delicious and the value for money is unbeatable.
The only downside is that most of the staff don't speak English well, if at all. It can be helpful to communicate with them using a Google Translate style app to avoid misunderstandings.

Nice hotel
Close location to the sea, small size of the hotel, silence. Liked the service on the beach.
The room was cramped, especially the shower room. Also, after leaving the hotel, when I wrote about the forgotten beach shorts and asked them to be sent to me by parcel in Russia, this request was ignored.

Not all hotel workers speak English, none fluently, which makes communication very difficult. little training in some workers, they could easily be given some advice and the service would improve a lot, since it seems that the disposition is good. Lack of organization and a good leader. The hammocks on the beach too close together, take advantage of every millimeter.

Good Relax
Most importantly, a very beautiful bay, excellent hotel area and a bar! For most of the day, relaxing music sounds on the territory, such as a lounge, in the afternoon, DJs play right on the promenade. The rooms are good, the whole hotel is new clean, with Thai design. The bar has chic cocktails, umbrellas and mattresses on the pier (covers are changed every day). The staff really tries and helps if needed. In general, a hotel for a good middle class. Would love to come!
Water is not a river. They put 2 liter bottles in the room a day, the rest must be ordered in the room service and this is always strained.

Stylish and trendy hotel (small) pool and private beach (no sand) lots of restaurants and small shops nearby - nice to stroll around in the evening

Good to very good hotel and location for a short stay. Having your own car is a big advantage.
Generally good. We booked 8 nights but 4 nights would have been more than enough. The complex is small, so after a long stay it can get boring. The sea is rocky at first, then sandy. However, there is a pier where there are also sun loungers. The water is clean and cool. Food is delicious but breakfast is always the same.
The rooms are relatively small, there is very little space in the bathroom, there are no shelves. The refrigerator is always filled only with drinks that are paid. Thus, you are unlikely to be able to enjoy your own drinks chilled.

Ideal
The hotel was new and nicely decorated. The rooms are partly with a nice little garden. Located right on the beach and the service was fantastic. All the waiters were very nice and accommodating. Truly the best hotel I have ever been to. I can only recommend.

super private hotel for a comfortable stay. Rested with children, the beach is within easy reach, the location is good, 10 minutes from midtown by taxi. there are many different restaurants nearby. Khai
A new hotel on a rather uncrowded waterfront. The beach is clean, there is a pier. There are enough sun loungers for everyone. Warm pool. The rooms are tiny but that's the nature of this part of Turkey. We changed the second floor with a balcony, to the first one with access to the courtyard, because the balcony is dangerous for the child (may fall out). So in this category of rooms, the bathtub is twice as large as in the first one. Which greatly improved the stay. Breakfasts with an interesting concept: you choose the way of cooking eggs (boiled, skemble, scrambled eggs), and the rest is brought to you consistently, every day. Melons, cheeses, honey, vegetables, herbs, breads and pastries, olives, and Turkish spices. We stayed 4 nights, quite ok. But if it takes longer, it can get boring, keep that in mind. There is parking. You give the keys to the staff, they themselves park and serve the car upon request. Check-in is peculiar, but an experienced driver can handle it. Quiet promenade.
A lot of stray cats, because around the private sector. From the corridors to the rooms on the second floor, there is a cat smell. There are a lot of big (though big) dogs on the beach. Sleeping under sun loungers, urinating on the curtains of waterfront restaurants. For adults, this will not be a significant problem. But we were with a small child who was always trying to cuddle these dogs, so this was a problem for us. Excrement (and large dogs have large ones too))) lie on the beach. The staff at the restaurant often missed requests. Not everyone speaks English. But the situation was saved by Mehmed. He even spoke Russian. Happy birthday the hotel did not congratulate.

In the Khai Hotel you can experience an extraordinary and very nice holiday.
The Khai Hotel in Bodrum is truly exceptional. Every detail is thought through. The service is unbeatable. The staff (Cengiz, Mehmet, Tolga, Onur etc.) is very attentive, which makes you feel completely at ease. The rooms are clean, the bed really comfortable and housekeeping impeccable. We also booked breakfast. We can also highly recommend that. We liked the whole setting. All components interlock. In addition, all relevant people (room manager Fatma, owner Hakan, etc.) can all be contacted on site. All concerns, wishes, comments are gladly accepted.

One of the best stays we've had!
Our stay at the KHAI Hotel not only met our expectations, but significantly exceeded them! If you are looking for a chic boutique hotel and value cleanliness, friendliness, professionalism with your loved ones, the Khai Hotel is the place for you. We traveled with a 10 month old baby, from check in to check out you are treated to a high level of service without being intrusive. -The facility is better than the photos show. -The pool and playlist are perfect for relaxing. -The bar and kitchen staff work at a top European level. -Breakfast is perfect, that's what I say as someone who is very close to Turkish culture and cuisine. No baked goods, no frozen products. Everything is fresh. - Warm, honest and beautiful people work there. -The hotel manager, the head of guest relations, housekeeping... I don't want to name names so as not to praise one person individually, I mean ALL of the more than 70 employees who work there... You are a great team. -There are not many hotels in Bodrum with such a positive rating as Khai Hotel. Thank you very much for the beautiful 5 days and we will definitely recommend you. Family D<3

The hotel is remote, and there is very little from mass tourism. The private beach invites you to relax. The breakfast was first class.

Nice hotel on the beach
The hotel is new, you can immediately feel it. Everything is very clean, stylish, every detail in the interior is thought out, good cosmetics, comfortable slippers, toothbrushes with paste, nice towels and bed linen, a comfortable bed, a small green courtyard, a small pool with warm water, a private beach. You can swim from the pantone and enter the water from the shore. In the evening there is a choice of places for dinner. There is parking.
This is not a minus, but rather an addition. The beach is not completely fenced off, nearby beaches are from the same hotels and it is always noisy. There is a small promenade between the hotel and the beach. For some this is a plus, for others a minus. It's just that before that we stayed in a completely isolated hotel, because we love peace and quiet. Here it is different, it is worth taking into account.
