Exceptional
The staff helped me with train tickets. Very friendly. The room was clean. 2 minutes from the railway station. 20 minutes from the airport.

The customer is perceived as a money printing machine and must behave accordingly. Be quiet
We thank the management for their interest, otherwise we would have pissed off even more.
The staff are unfriendly and do not answer customer questions. Judging by the behavior of all employees, you can see that customers are present as an exception and that you also need money. Can't recommend this hotel because of your interest in the client.

Fine
I stayed in the hotel for the second time after about two years. The hotel's equipment is gradually aging, soon reconstruction will be necessary. I also didn't like that my credit card was automatically charged for the accommodation, even though it was only for booking.

Exceptional
All the rest. We got an upgrade to a suite, very nice large spacious room. The owner recognized us 4 years ago. At the time, we were there with our friends. Great staff who do everything to keep us happy. The hotel is dated but still very nice. The hotel is really clean. Excellent value for money. Great location. Anitkabir is within walking distance, I highly recommend going there, it is a good museum that tells about the history of modern Turkey and the origins of the republic. I highly recommend this hotel. The friendliness and welcoming feeling warmed the heart. The hotel has an excellent breakfast buffet.
That the room we were given had been smoked by a previous guest and it could be felt everywhere. Despite the fact that the cleaning went well (smells and an open window), the smell of a cigarette could not be removed. The worst thing was when they checked that our clothes also smelled like cigarettes. We cannot fault the hotel here, the sole responsibility lies with guests who do not adhere to no-smoking agreements. I am very sorry for this small beautiful hotel trying so hard to get it at its own expense ...

The hotel is right at the subway entrance. It's very convenient to go to the bus station. In the morning, the subway ticket machine failed and I couldn't buy a ticket. I met a kind person who used his card to help me. The breakfast is delicious, the room is clean, the waiter is so enthusiastic, let me take the elevator to climb the stairs to the fourth floor and open the elevator door for me. There is a restaurant on the opposite side that is delicious and the price is very cheap.

A convenient place to do anything
The honey for breakfast was delicious. I've never been to another hotel. At breakfast on the second day, I think the GM was greeting each person. For dinner, the restaurant across the road is delicious, low-priced, and full of volume. Beer can be bought at the store on the left side of the hotel.
There is no dissatisfaction with the facilities in the guest room, but it is hard to say anything about the quality of the guests. I hear the voice of a couple who entered the room in the middle of the night. I want these people to be isolated if possible.

Wouldn't stop a second time
Great location, close to the metro station. Friendly staff.
Bought for beautiful photographs and regretted it. The room had an unpleasant smell of smoky + flavored (despite the fact that a non-smoking room was ordered). The room itself looked untidy, the carpet was not the first freshness and bumps, the wallpaper in the toilet was peeling off. Very poor soundproofing. Normal Wi-fi signal only near the reception. The hotel does not have its own parking lot, you give the car keys to the employee, and he puts it in a free space along the sidewalk.
