Wonderful
Very comfortable equipment. Lots of space, everything is there - what you need. We asked for cleaning with a sign. The rest of the time they hung "do not disturb" Cleaning with disinfectants, qualitatively, with a change of linen and towels always. The location is good, the beach is 2 minutes walk, a very good restaurant, migros 2 minutes, bus stops, water park, everything is nearby. At the reception, the sweetest man in the world, Yasin. Responsive - to any request. Polite, understanding, considerate. I don't know when he rests. Works every day. We solved all our questions through whatsapp with the help of a translator. And we were always welcome. Ordering a car (we flew around Turkey and could not order a transfer a couple of times on time), stay for an extra hour at check-out, appliances, kitchen utensils ... We really liked the attitude towards the guests.
The shower was a little dumbfounded 🤪. Look at the photo - they do not hide it. But we're used to it. it was not wet, it was clean, the water in the tap was always both hot and cold.

Excellent location, very close to the beach. Balcony overlooking the sea, it was nice to have breakfast there in the morning. The dishes in the apartments were quite new, usually the dishes in the apartments are in poor condition. There was no microwave and coffee machine in the room, but they were brought immediately upon request. Friendly staff, but unfortunately not fluent in Russian. If in general, then in terms of price / quality ratio, this is an excellent option. The quality is not perfect, but the price is very attractive. A good option for an unassuming holiday.
Several times the new towels were not very clean. I did not like the shower with a hole in the floor, especially when the nearby toilet is flooded. A washing machine and a dishwasher would not interfere (but they were not in the description, so this is not a complaint). The safe is located at the reception, it is not convenient. Unfortunately there is no pool. Quite noisy in the evening, live music played in the restaurants downstairs (but this is a problem of a good place, if you want quieter - live on). Someone else might like it.

Left a review in another description. In general, in terms of price / quality ratio, this is an excellent option. The quality is not perfect, but the price is very attractive. A good option for an unpretentious holiday.

Location, huge balconies, panorama from them, kitchen equipment.
I will not be original - I did not like the shower arrangement. In addition, in one of the rooms the air conditioner was not completely operational, it worked noisily and it was impossible to use it at night.

Stayed in these apartments for the second time. The first in January 21, the second - in March 21. The main disadvantage is the terrible soundproofing. Consider that it simply does not exist. You will hear all the conversations of the neighbors, their trips to the shower and toilet, the elevator, the constant hum from the fan. During our second stay in March this apartment changed hands. It got even worse. There was no hot water for three days. The apartments were not cleaned at all. They weren't very tense before, but at least they took the garbage away. After the change of owner, cleaning stopped completely. However, renovations have begun. In rooms and common areas. All this is accompanied by noise and the smell of paint. On the penultimate day, they came to us and asked us to walk for a couple of hours on the street while they painted (!) Our room. We refused. We saw how some people simply moved out because of such conditions. The last two days the elevator was turned off. The front desk worker is missing. The doors to the building are always open. Come who wants, take what you want. When we left because of the non-working elevator, we had to drag heavy bags ourselves from the 4th floor. There are no employees at the front desk. Waited, put the key and left. Now I definitely do not recommend these apartments for accommodation.

Ideal for a tourist for a few days.
The location is great! Cleanliness in the room. Nice sea view. There are many restaurants and shops around. The beach is within walking distance.
In the kitchen above the kettle there is a pozh sensor. Security, which always turned on the general siren in the hotel if it got steam from a boiling kettle. Move the kettle to another place, the sensors do not like steam very much) Overall, the Hotel looks like a converted residential building.

The location is super, right next to the beach and the funicular, but during the summer season it is probably very crowded and noisy, consider when booking. We really liked it in January. Nearby there are many different shops with food, a big migros 5 minutes walk. The restaurant at the hotel worked (considering that all the cafes and restaurants around were closed), it was possible to eat in it and order to the room. Very tasty food. I want to mark the staff separately, sooooo try to make the guests comfortable, any request or issue is resolved instantly, well done!
Not a very comfortable shower))) or rather it doesn't seem to exist, there is a drain in the floor and a mixer on the wall right next to the toilet. Tolerable, of course, but we are not picky people, for someone it may be a matter of principle. The view from the windows is not very good, although they promised seaview, but the room was side and the sea seemed to be visible, but not what was expected. We were only 4 days and did not spend much time at the hotel, so it's okay too)))

Everything was great.
Let's come back again. Close to Cleopatra beach. The store is not expensive nearby. The staff are friendly. That will bring everything. Cleaning every other day. Or when you need it.

Good location. Near the beach, playgrounds, funicular. Friendly staff. The kitchen lacked the necessary utensils, they all gave it.
There is no Internet. It is impossible to work. Cleaning is weird. Either they don’t bring garbage bags, or don’t change the towels.

For the price it's ok
Very good location right on the beach. The staff are very nice. The equipment is in order. Restaurant take off your clothes. Today it will cost differently, tomorrow tomorrow depending on your mood.

The apartment is very good! Value for money. 1.2minutes to the beach. 2. Shops, cafes, entertainment are all within walking distance. 3.cleaning every day. 4.Hot water constantly. 5.mini kitchen is very comfortable, it has everything you need (dishwashing detergent, food, washcloths - this is not, but this should not be included in the apartment) 6.TV channels for everyone (Russian 1,2) 7.wi-fi does not work very well (enough for social networks) 8.transfer is cheaper than ordering yourself 9.Administrators solve problems quickly. 10.Boris, the owner of the hotel, speaks good Russian, if there are problems, he will explain and tell you everything. Thank you very much. I liked everything very much, we will come again.

Wonderful hotel by the sea
It is not the first time in Alanya and there is something to compare with. This aparthotel is simply superb for the price / quality ratio. We had a great sea view from our room. The rooms are spacious, there is absolutely everything for a comfortable stay. The kitchen also has all the necessary utensils. The staff are great. There is one caveat to consider when booking. Downstairs there is a restaurant and until 12 at night there is live music, loud enough. After 12 there is silence and in the morning it is also very quiet. We liked everything, next time we will come here too. Many thanks to all the staff!
I would very much like to have a little cleaner kitchen and appliances)

The hotel turned out to be better than we expected. The responsive, friendly staff, the location and the view from the window exceeded our expectations. The holiday was a success, despite the "malicious virus".

The holiday was a success! When booking the hotel, there were doubts, but they turned out to be in vain. The hotel is located in the heart of Alanya, one minute walk to the famous Cleopatra beach, nearby the Damlatas cave, a funicular that will take you to a height in two minutes, from which breathtaking beauty opens! Shops, markets, all major attractions within walking distance. The hotel staff is helpful and friendly. Any request and wish, immediately decided with a smile. Special thanks to the hotel manager Boris, for his responsiveness, for his participation, and simply for his decency! 😊 We will definitely come back here! 😊

Cleopatra beach across the road. All of the pluses.
Location and helpful staff.
The hotel is very old and dirty. There was no hot water. The rating clearly does not correspond to reality.

A good place
Close to the beach, great location for restaurants, shops, bike rental, Starbucks nearby. The beach next to the apartment is excellent.
No hot water in the morning and evening. Noisy.

Great place for a family holiday
The location is great. Great view of the park and the sea. Very pleasant staff. The apartments are not very big, but cozy and comfortable. Good internet and delicious restaurant downstairs (there is a discount for apartment residents)
