pleasant stay
Impeccable service, helpful and attentive staff, perfect location, calm and quiet residence. The lady at the reception is very nice, she offered us the opportunity to stay at 4 at the lowest price. Very good value for money. I will return without hesitation.
we booked an apartment with a balcony but they didn't give us one. The cleanliness of the apartment leaves much to be desired. but these are the details, overall we had a pleasant stay.

In summary, it's perfect!
The staff is very welcoming and very friendly and helpful. The studio is very spacious and well equipped (one bedroom, 2 sofas, air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, microwave, kitchen, etc.) and is located close to a very beautiful beach (about 500 m). Shops nearby.
The parking lot is not private.

Good idea, but still a lot to improve
Fast WiFi - Nice service
I chose this place because I had to work during my stay in Tunisia. It seemed perfect to me and overall it wasn't bad, but there are some shortcomings. First of all, the cleanliness of the room needs to be improved, a lot of hair, small rubbish, dirty dishes. The air conditioning is only in the bedroom, I worked from the living area where there was a table, but it was terribly hot in there. The working rooms were very noisy, it was impossible to sit there. The sound was also coming to my room, poor soundproofing and it was hard to concentrate at times. I spent two nights there and there was no water for most of my stay, so I decided to change the place.
