Villa Phenicia is strategically located in Hammamet. Very close, about 100 meters from the beach and about 400 meters from the Medina. The central area of ​​Hammamet, where there are banks, supermarket, post office, buses to Tunisia, etc., is also nearby (300-400 meters). At the same time, it is located in a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle. I was in Zaffiro's double room. Both the room and the bathroom are very spacious and clean. It has a street view through large windows and access to the terrace. The whole house is very large and open, light enters into it. It can be seen that the house is decorated and furnished with exquisite taste. Has a well maintained entrance and on the opposite side there is also a garden. The breakfast is very hearty and energetic. Well, it consists of juice, yogurt, muesli, fruit, coffee, milk, plum cake, jam, etc. After I swam 4-5 km out to sea, this breakfast allowed me to regain all the energy I had spent. Villa Phenicia is run by an Italian couple who have lived in Tunisia and Hammamet for several years and can give you some good advice as they have experience living there and at the same time they know how we think and what we Europeans like. For example: Sylvia recommended a good restaurant at an average and clean price (in Tunisia, there is no hygiene in many places) so that from the outside and through the glass you can see the kitchen and how they prepare different dishes. Everything was clean, thanks to Siham, sweet and always smiling. There is no TV in the room (he cares), but the Wi-Fi is fast and fairly stable. For traveling motorcyclists ... the villa has an internal basement that serves as a garage and is closed by a massive gate. Optimal.
