very good
The landlord was very nice. He watched us take care of the kids and even gave us an extra towel and quilt.

I did not compare with other hotels in Phuket, but the location is good. I would live there again.
The atmosphere in the hotel is quite quiet, only demoniac screaming pigeons and other birds interfere with sleep. But the headphones are fine. The hotel has a pharmacy point, the reception desk - it's the same. The owners seem to be very good at keeping things clean.
There was no sign in the room, which is usually hung on the door - which says "do not disturb" and "need cleaning". I was disturbed from sleeping when they knocked on the door to clean the room, I would have hung such a sign on the door handle, but I could not.

Ideal hotel.
Very comfortable and very clean, bright, spacious, fresh, with hot water and good wifi. Very quiet as well.
A little far from the center but still a short distance from local shops.

Good for 1 night.
The spaciousness of the room and the proximity to the different markets. It is recommended to rent a vehicle to get around.
The comfort of the bed and the smell of the shower. (most hotels in Thailand have the same problem).

good place for short stay with convenient location
a good guesthouse run by nice women located in the same building as the pharmacy quiet area in a side street close to the main road and the old town
no elevator linen had holes in some places in some rooms the air conditioning did not work or there was no hot water, but they found a replacement
