There was no hand soap, the trash cans were without garbage bags (after they were emptied, there was rubbish in the form of crumbs at the bottom), there was nowhere to dry things after the sea or the pool, it was stuffy in the ears when descending the elevator from the 27th floor.
The sea view from the 27th floor is amazing) To Terminal 21 and to the sea with an average step of 15 minutes, an excellent pool.
Cleaning is terrible, for the first time in Pattaya we meet such quality. The floor was not washed at all or very badly, toiletries were not reported, the room was not cleaned at all three times. And a very unpleasant moment: the maid stole a chocolate bar. This is the first time !!!
