Perfect
The pool is clean, rooms are cozy. Transfer around the city with your own tuk-tuk.
Everything is very comfortable and cozy. The truth is one, wi-fi catches everywhere.

Good value for money. 520 euros from February 29 to March 29, 2020 in the center of Covid 19. Very quiet.
Good value for money. Quiet, but a little outside the center, but there is a free shuttle bus to the center every two hours. The pool is great. It was very quiet due to Covid and the staff are very nice. Bars and massage parlors closed on March 18 and Pattaya was empty. Barely 5 people at the pool.
If possible, ask for a room further away from the road, because the insulation of the frames is not very good. But all hotels have very poor soundproofing.

I was confused reading the comments but in the end everything was ok but this is also a hotel suitable for people with disabilities and people of age and it is very good

For a couple of nights, but to the airport from another station
I needed a hotel for a couple of days near the bus station, as I came by bus from Suvarnabhumi, but they dropped us off in Sukhumvit and had to stomp on foot! As it turned out, bus 839 does not go back to the airport from this northern station, and those that run every 3 hours cost 300 baht. Therefore, we are moving to Jomten, where the southern station is located!
The bed was washed. The room is not big for a couple of nights. One chair for two, no table!

Meets our expectations
The advantage of this establishment is the free city shuttle, which runs around the city every 2 hours to take hotel guests to various points of the tourist center. It's until 10:00 pm, the last lap. Swimming pool and gym. There is also a golf driving range. Besides, it's quiet at night.
The Internet is difficult to access at certain times.

Rooms, views, free hotel taxi every 2 hours in 5 points of Pattaya. Everything is perfect, especially the pool
There was no bread, rolls or anything like that for breakfast. Only toast.

Great value for money, friendly staff and great transfer!
Housed in an apartment inside a condominium about 300 meters from the reception. New two-room apartment with all the necessary services. For the condominiums, there is access to the pool, which is not too deep, but still clean, and to the gym, which consists of a pair of exercise bikes, a treadmill, and weights. In the central part of the complex of premises, adjacent to the reception, there is another swimming pool with another gym (the latter is also equipped with a limited number of tools and equipment, but still more than others). Breakfast correct, not too many choices, but still acceptable. An excellent shuttle service, from 10 am to 10 pm every 2 hours departs and touches the main attractions. 150 meters in a straight line from the bus station from Ekamae Bangkok. Very interesting value for money.
Improve the path from reception to condominium. It is in poor condition, and if you, like me, have a trolley, you will have to carry it by hand, because the floor, mixed with earth and small stones, prevents the wheels from turning.

Good breakfast. There is a scheduled shuttle.
The room was relatively clean - they clean only where you see at first glance. In other places, centuries-old dust (on the closet, for example. I'm tall - I can see it). There is no shelf for soap in the shower. The shuttle starts at 10 only, which I think is late. The safe was broken.

The service is good, the employee quickly carried the suitcases to the room. The room was very high quality and the maid service worked flawlessly. breakfast varied,
True, to our surprise, the room was very far away, behind the golf course in the apart-hotel "Na Lanna". Not once at the time of booking did I receive any information about the location of the room. There was no safe in the apartment either, the batteries were moldy. I reported this to the staff, but nothing happened. The water in the hotel pool was very cold. This time a dose of Thai restaurant food was left uneaten and I let a friend eat it, his comment is "not good". The next evening we went to eat elsewhere.

Our daughter's family rented an apartment in a condo owned by the Diana Group. There is a gorgeous swimming pool
The huge pluses of the hotel are a wonderful swimming pool with a children's section and a jacuzzi, as well as a free transfer around the city of Pattaya. The pool heats up during the day in the sun, for kids and adults - swimming in it is a pleasure! A warm pool with Jacuzzi provides free water massage. The free hotel tuk-tuk runs strictly on schedule, it is very convenient to travel with a child (walking in the heat is hard for Europeans!), you can easily get back and forth to the city beach, as well as to large shopping centers of the city: Terminal 21, Central Marina, Tesco Lotus, Central Festival, Big C Extra.
Everything is great!
