Very polite luggage storage possible after check-out, good air conditioning.
Catastrophic pressure of water in the bathroom, constant smell of urine and other feces, uncomfortable beds and single beds instead of a booked double bed, rather dirty floor and partially dirty linens, the room on the fourth floor is very noisy all night

Helped to lift the suitcase to the 4th floor.
There is mold on the curtains in the bathtub, more thorough cleaning is needed.

Number no more than 1 *. When you signed up, you wanted to receive 250 baht more than you bought on Booking.com. We'd have to pay or we wouldn't have gotten a room. Then we took a short shower and started looking for something else. The money was there after 1 hour and didn't come back. So hands off. Whoever photographed the rooms is a very good photographer!
Bad old furniture. There was a wall outside the 1 m window. The beds are not clean. Everything is somehow blurred.

Best value for money for your stay in Patong
For the price, the hotel is excellent. Clean and equipped with everything you need for a weekend in Patong. Nice staff, great central location. We will be happy to return.
Not to love is really wrong, just unusual: in every room at the reception there is no safe for "old-fashioned" lockers. It worked too.

I would not like to come back here.
- location; - the bed is normal; - helped with a suitcase at the entrance and exit; - cleaned every day; - the room is spacious.
- terrible lighting in the room; - not very friendly hosts, in Thailand it is very unusual and unpleasant; - the owners did not like the price for which I settled in the room and even wanted to put it in another room 2 floors higher. Because of this, I had to move, which I am very glad, because later I found a much better room for the same price; - a motorbike in Phuket for rent costs 200 baht per day, but you can take them for 300 baht and it will not be in very good condition; - they wanted to show me a scratch on a motorbike, which was already before me. It's amazing how they didn't see it before me. Well, when I rented it I photographed it, so there was nothing; - cockroach in the room. So I didn't even dare to eat there; - the pressure of the water is not very good, once even the water left; - laundry is also more expensive than in other places; - here it is indicated that cards are accepted, but in fact only in cash.

Arrangement and decoration of towels. We were allowed to move into one of the rooms an hour earlier than allowed.
My room was on the fourth and top floor. Pigeons nest right in the ceiling of the room (I want to believe they are not rats) and can be heard, especially at dawn. The water flow is uneven, making it difficult to shower or brush your teeth. The bathroom has clear glass through which you can look inward from the room, so I don't recommend sharing a room unless you are very confident about yourself. The ceiling in my room was kind of patched up. The person we checked in with, despite being very friendly, barely spoke English and communication was very difficult. It took him a long time to realize that we had booked two rooms instead of one. When he gave us the second room, it turned out that there were tenants inside. Quite uncontrollable, anyway ...
