Okay, but ....
Nice staff, good for the price and for the location it's ok
Very nice staff, but unfortunately there were cockroaches in one of the rooms we booked at the end of our stay.

All :) We were in this hotel for the fourth time and will come next time. I love the owners for their kindness, smile and responsiveness. I cannot fail to mention the snow-white Pomeranian at the hotel. Wonderful dog with character :) Kitchen Ok

Overall pretty good
There is nothing to say about the kitchen. Well located quiet area, beach 8 minutes walk

Good location. 3 minutes walk to the beach. Beach was ok, best location on Patong beach, 8 mins to Bangla Road. New elevator.
Filthy. Cleaning is sloppy. Unusual furniture, old climate very noisy, According to my instructions to the owner, windows and mirrors cannot be washed. The bed was too hard, the towels were old.

Great stay
Like last year, we are very happy with our stay. The hotel and the room are always clean. The owners and his team are always very smiling, pleasant and helpful. Thanks to them :-)

Great budget hotel close to beach and entertainment. Friendly and welcoming staff. The hotel is located in a quiet small square, close to the continuous bustle of Patong.

In the courtyard there is a very cute corner with flowering trees and a swimming pool. The view from the window was pleasing to the eye. Close to the sea. There is a lift. The room has anti-mask frames.
The rooms have been updated for the season, but the wear of the furniture and sanitary ware is noticeable. Furniture in abundance, not enough space.

Very clean, comfortable hotel, bed linen is just snow-white. There are no animals in the room. Close to the sea. There are beach towels
Check-in before 14.00, on the 5th floor, view of the pool, live and be happy, but we were happy exactly until 21.00, and then mad music began, from which even the windows in the balcony door were shaking. Every day in a nearby cafe there is live music or karaoke and all the sound goes to a small courtyard, in general, in 9 days, we have not slept even once. The room does not have a kettle, hairdryer, two large towels and that's it. The pillows are just awful, very hard

Nice find on Patong beach
An informal hotel that makes you feel like a family. Excellent courtesy of the reception and owner, always attentive to the needs and habits of their clients. Walking distance to Patong Beach and the famous clubs of Bangla Road. Absolutely recommended for a relaxing stay.

Nice clean hotel for people looking for a relaxed stay.
There were beach towels for hotel guests. The hotel looks clean, friendly, casual, uncomplicated. The lobby is serviced 24 hours a day. The location is great. Close to the beach (about 5 minutes walk) and not far from the center (about 10 minutes walk). The infrastructure in the immediate vicinity is very good. Relatively quiet rooms for Patong. The staff, including the cleaning ladies, were very friendly and helpful. You can also grab a bite to eat in the small restaurant if you don't want to go out. A well-stocked drinks fridge in the lobby will help prevent dehydration.
As with many hotels in Thailand, the first thing that catches your eye in the bathroom is the faucet, which turns fully when opened. The air conditioner made chirping, annoying whistling sounds at times. The price level is already on the brink of pain. For a hotel below the middle class, 1800 baht per day is a lot.

It's not a big deal, but a small issue with hot water and AC failure for the first 3 nights.
